This place came up and at an affordable price. I liked how a lot of different restaurants and things to do were near. The beaches are about 20-30 minutes away and the locals were very friendly! The hotel employees were very friendly as well. They had a tiki bar right on the property near the pool. The pool was nice, clean and maintained, we very much enjoyed it. The room was very nice and spacious! The bathroom had so much space, it was definitely a PLUS!! The tv was a good size and kept updated. Overall a well maintained place and I would book again with them in the future. Exterior of the property needs some attention. They are working on it. However, rooms are SUPER CLEAN and have been updated. Plenty of safe parking. There is a WONDERFUL Tiki bar which is frequented by colorful locals. It is close to the airport, but I did not have an issue with noise. The room was clean, the pool was decent, and the tiki bar had affordable drinks which was a nice touch. Nothing overly glamorous, but exactly what you’d expect at this price point. It’s located near the airport and a main road, so there is some noise, but they thoughtfully provide ear plugs in the room. We arrived late from a delayed flight into Sarasota and they were kind, friendly, and helpful. The tiki bar was also very fun. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a nice, restful stay. The location worked well for me since it was close to where my friends were staying, so that was definitely a plus. The only downside was that there seemed to be quite a few empty rooms, so I feel like I could have been given a room with a better view. Other than that, everything was nice, and I had no issues during my stay. The room was exactly as pictured on the web site and very clean and comfortable, had plenty of towels, and despite being close to the airport, it was quiet enough for undisturbed sleep. A suggestion: install a cabinet to enclose the unit refrigerator and microwave as the refrigerator wobbled when opening the door. The other appliance, assuming it was a dehumidifier did work well as their was no musty smell at all, but it made a good bit of humming noise. Could this be in a cabinet as well somehow?
