We were issued USED fabric wristbands, which act as door keys. Please don’t give me a dirty wristband that a prior guest used and has visual dirt and wear marks. “Not really a beach view. The beach is very close, just across the street but you cannot see the beach from this room. The pool was okay. Nothing great but not terrible either.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“The facility and staff were excellent. My only gripe is the mandatory valet parking. I like to have access to my vehicle at all times. Otherwise, a top notch facility. I would definitely recommend it.”

“Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with ”
