And we loved our little plunge pool. We didn’t want to leave. It was absolute perfection and can’t wait to come back. Knowing that it’s a family owned business. made it all the more better. “Room was great; most rooms have a balcony with a soaking tub! Dinner options and entertainment was great. Outside activity concierge was great - helped us with rental car. Internal concierge not very helpful - did not introduce us to activities and amenities on the resort. Beach was quiet and location of resort was great but it is on the quiet side of the island if that’s your preference. Spa was just ok. We did a couples massage and got 20% off from Expedia booking! It has improved but to go in the water there it was rocky I had an accident at the airport and the hotel staff provided me with a wheelchair all week The pool lady Joanne was great. “We had such a great time staying at the Divi. We stayed in a one bedroom in the main building everything is beautifully updated and clean! The pool area is so spacious and you didn’t ever feel like there were too many people even though the front desk said they were at 80% capacity. The beach was great and clean it was so easy to get chairs and palapas you could easily sleep in a bit and get a great spot even at 8am. “I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
