“My friend and I only stayed one night until our room at our resort was ready. But overall it was really nice. The only cons I have is the bed is extremely hard, but I was still able to fall asleep. And the pictures online of the private pool are a little misleading on the size. But it’s still really nice to have your own private pool.”
“House of Mosaic is a one of a kind hotel.On our arrival at the front door, we were warmly greeted by Fernando, who is the owner of the property. He showed us to our room which happened to be the honeymoon suite.
He gave us a tour of the room and explained how everything worked and answered all questions we had. Showed us where extra supplies were kept in case we needed them.
He even offered us the use of two beach chairs for when we went to the beach.
He also had prepared a light meal for us……
“We stayed in the double room, which is great for families because it has two rooms separated by a door and a large shared bathroom with entry from both rooms. The hotel is clean and well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, right across the street from Eagle beach. The parking is easy, a large private lot right behind the hotel.
The breakfast is meh, a lot of carbs, but you only get half a boiled egg and one small slice of ham per person. The swimming pool is……
“BEACH — 1/5: The beach is poorly maintained, with rusty nails, glass, branches, sharp debris and large stones in the water that resemble construction waste. The loungers are extremely cheap and uncomfortable, with no cushions or head pillows—only stained towels that blow away in the wind. Umbrellas are not repositioned as the sun moves, and the loungers are placed so close together that there is no privacy. The first rows are “reserved” with towels from 8 a.m. until evening, even when guests are……
“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
“I never received the service, the owner answered me 3 hours late, I never did "check in" for a terrible little room that he offered me that's not what I paid for. When he gave me the wrong room he sent me to another that smell that gas obviously we didn't stay in any room. (Husband, child and I) we run away looking for another safe place to stay. He deleted the conversation where he admitted he was wrong. He never showed up all of this was by WhatsApp.
