“The location was perfect. Quieter and more relaxing than Palm beach but a short convenient bus ride to all restaurants and bars. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a kitchen. Perfect for our family of four. Staff were friendly. My only complaint would be the beach staff. They are not friendly. I would prefer if the hotel simply put out all the beach chairs and umbrellas in the morning and charged non hotel guests to use them instead of making guests wait for the beach staff, who don’t want to……

“Check in was slow. Showed up an hour early and understood room not ready. Then room still wasn’t ready for over an hour past the 4pm check in time. The rest of the experience was excellent. Hotel clean, quiet on the 8th floor. The resort was clean. The breakfast was absolutely a great variety of choices and was very well put together.”

“stayed with partner and we didn’t take the all-inclusive option. The food in the restaurants was delicious, everything was clean, and the territory was well maintained. The only downside was the staff not being very friendly. Compared to the Dominican Republic or Mexico, the service here felt much weaker and less customer-oriented. “The first room I was given smelled like raw sewage. The second room provided after stressing the horrible smell and the door to other unit was unlocked. Felt unsafe in the first room given. The second room was perfect. ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
