Updated kitchen with center island and farm table. Comfortable living room. Wi-Fi, perfect if you need to work remotely? The wi-Fi works great! Two second floor bedrooms and half bathroom. Main floor master bedroom. Watch the sunset over the mountain from the large covered front porch rocking chairs. Covered patio and outdoor furniture in back with patio table and chairs and BBQ grill. Nice fire pit and roasting sticks perfect for the back yard wiener roast or s’mores. This home sits on almost an acre of grassy yard. Room for volleyball or a fun game of kickball. Mantua Reservoir is perfect for boating, fishing, canoeing and is a popular ice fishing destination in winter. A five mile path around the lake is great for biking or walking/running. All within walking distance from the house. With Inspiration Point and Willard peak to the south of Mantua, the trails are ATV friendly and the view is incredible.

This was the perfect getaway for our family. It’s close enough to the city but far enough away to enjoy the country feel. It was clean, spacious and very homey. We really enjoyed the amount of yard space as we were able to do several outside yard games as a family for a good amount of the time there. It was a wonderful stay that we will likely to again.

Wedding Getaway
The place is so beautiful and super cute and has a wonderful home feel! It was perfect for what we needed. We came up for our wedding and it was also our getting ready spot for the groom and groomsman. It was super perfect and beautiful. The only thing I would note is that the bugs were a little crazy and we wanted to get a bug zapper for inside/outside to help make sure we werent letting too many inside. I know that we were next to a lake and all the animals which was wonderful and totally fine.

We came for a pickleball tournament in Brigham city. This home was a short 5.8 miles away in a good location to make the drive easy with minimal traffic! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Absolutely would book it again!

Cozy getaway
Warm and cozy 1906 farmhouse completely renovated. Very impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the home. Communication with the host was great. Awesome setting with a beautiful lake nearby. We were there for business meetings and our only regret was we didn't book it through the weekend in order to enjoy the quaint towns nearby. Love that there are so many "Mom and Pop" restaurants, antique stores and shopping. Will definitely stay here again for a romantic getaway.

Everything was so comfortable and nice. They had a convenient guide of things to do around the area and got back to us quickly. They had a smart tv so we could stream anything but the WiFi was not good. We did an internet speed test and it scored 1.0. Other than that it was great :)

My son and 2 grandsons & I had a great time at this Mantua home. It’s a great location and a cute lovely home. The beds were very comfortable well stocked with necessities. It was a short walk to lake & great path to walk or bike around the lake. This was a fire pit that was great for backyard fires & we watched the full moon rise over the mountain. Great stay great home.

Great Stay in Mantua
We travel to Utah every year to visit my husband's family. This year we decided to rent a home for the 6 nights we were there. Mantua was in close proximity our family and the wedding reception we were attending in Brigham. The home was just as listed, very clean, everything we needed for a great home away from home. The A/C units worked marvelous as it was very HOT while we were there. The selection of movies was great as well. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept well. We had a vehicle issue the morning we were to depart, as we were late getting out of the house, I let the owners know and they were quick to respond that it was not a issue. The little touch's the owners thought about made our stay great and we will definitely look to book again on our next trip down to Utah!

This property was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away. Mantua is a quiet little town away from all the noise and confusion of the big city. The lake is beautiful, and the five-mile hike around it is absolutely gorgeous; we saw dear, a sandhill crane, and lots of other birds. We spent one day just exploring Brigham City. I would recommend Idle Isle's roast beef dinner, and the folks at Misbehavin Creperie were so accommodating, making a special gluten-free batter just for me. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was in the nineties while we were there, but the window units kept the house nice and cool. We took advantage of the DVD collection and watched a couple of movies, but there were games to play and a big backyard to explore as well. We didn't use the upstairs at all, but we hope to come back soon with our children so they can enjoy the quiet little town and beautiful lake. I highly recommend this rental property; Janet and Jerry were exceptional hosts, keeping us informed all along the way without being invasive.

Great house, misleading listing
The property itself is great. Completely updated fixtures and finishes inside and out and very clean. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Great outdoor yard space. Perfect for families with kids to teenagers. I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again under the right circumstances. I say right circumstances because the listing headline is for 3 bedrooms and two baths. It is actually 1 and 1/2 baths. The upstairs bath is toilet and sink only. That’s a 1/2 bath. The listing details indicate this, but my bad that I didn’t check the details closely enough before booking. Learned a lesson there. Still, it should not be being promoted as two baths in the listing. This was a little awkward for two different families having to share the tub/shower. Luckily, the other family was our daughter’s so we were able to deal with it. But beware if your sharing with another family. No big deal if it’s just just one family. Book it without hesitation. It’s a very nice place.
