“It was the perfect summer vacation home for my family. It was very clean. The host was extremely responsive. We found everything we needed to cook in the kitchen for our families. Our 8 year old was entertained 24/7. Breakfast was enough for everyone and then some. AND an easy to use espresso machine!! The open concept living room/kitchen had tons of seating, we could all hangout and talk in the same room. All the water toys made for plenty to do. They even provided new floaties and a pump. The……

“No heat the entire time we stayed! 63 degrees. No response from staff, only that they couldn’t find an AC specialist when we needed heat! Two children in our group and no heat! Sink wouldn’t drain properly and I took out clumps of hair so it would drain. I have a photo. Pillow covered in dog hair, etc”
