“Great location! Just make sure you check the location of the apartment. There are several apartment buildings in the area. There is also a large grocery store across the street. Plenty of street parking. Absolutely gorgeous apartment but very small. Perfect for one or two guests.”

“This is an ideal place to stay for a long weekend in Seattle. Condo is comfy, clean, well supplied (and labeled), and located within walking distance to a number of decent bars and restaurants (shoutout to Saint John's!). We came to town for a 3-day music festival at Neumos, a 10-minute walk up Pike St., so this was just perfect. Easy contactless check-in process with off-street parking. Host is quick to respond and provides excellent touristy recommendations. We come back for this fest every……

“Beautiful view from private rooftop outdoor space ! Great new clean apartment - fans but no A/C which wasn’t a big deal but on a hot night it could be an issue . Perfect first night as we arrived in Seattle for the start of our big PNW adventure!”

“Everything went smoothly, was only three blocks away from the Paramount theater. Where we attended a show. Was given a code to get into the building and from there everything else was a breeze, only thing, it would have been nice to check in before 4:00pm but we made it work. We paid $35 to be able to park in a secure lot below our unit which was worth it”

“The building had major construction going on next door on the same floor as the apartment. The fine print at the very very bottom of the description says they will bring you ear plugs or a noise cancelling machine.I immediately as to cancel my stay and got screwed 1400. Fine print. Terrible host. Money grab!”

“The unit was clean and attractively arranged, but the check-in process was exhausting. The smart lock on the unit door did not work, and requesting new codes through the app did not solve the problem. I had to go back and forth with the host before eventually obtaining a backup physical key. The nearby parking-access door was also malfunctioning that day. In addition, a person experiencing homelessness had set up camp beside the garage entrance, which made each trip to and from the car……

“The loft was lovely, well appointed and in an excellent location in the city between Seattle Center and downtown. Also access to garage parking is an added bonus. Excellent and prompt communication from the host throughout and to resolve a wifi issue. The shower also is excellent.”
