Very helpful and Responsive staff. Room linens, towels, bathroom clean and fresh. Room carpet, curtains, paint wallpaper in need of replacement. Trouble with the door key card operation as noted in other reviews. Had to get staff to open door multiple times. Property needs an overall refresh. Staff did their best and were very helpful.

The room itself was very clean and very spacious but the breakfast was very disappointing due to no one serviced the area. Everything was very low and they were empty coffee containers. Coffee should have been refilled. Along with me others were very upset

Worst stay ever
Third floor has permanent residents that partied all night. Management was pissed with us when we complained. Tv did not work so we could not drown out the noice. Changed floors the second night and it was much quieter. However, there was hairs all over the bed when we pulled the sheets back. Breakfast was a joke, lucky to get coffee. Will never stay here again!

Cockroaches in the bathroom, ants were on the desk, bedside table and the bathroom. The keycard door lock wouldn’t open and needed to have the staff open every time we needed to get in our room. Also the hotel smelled musky, like an old ashtray. The staff was nice, and more than willing to help get us into our room.
