Stylish 2-room apartment with many extras!

My apartment is a newly renovated and modern 2-room apartment in Markkleeberg just outside the city of Leipzig. All hot spots of the city can be reached quickly by public transport (S-Bahn, Bus & TRAM) (Südvorstadt, Connewitz, Leipzig city center). The Neusseenland with the Markkleeberger and Cospudener See are also just a few minutes away and can also be easily reached by foot or bike. Our service also includes two bicycles, which are freely available and can be used by you to explore the area.

In the apartment there is a fully equipped open kitchen. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. In the bedroom you will find a large double bed and a baby bed. The bathroom is equipped with a large rain shower.
For rainy evenings you will find a selection of board games in the living room, as well as a TV with DVBT2, AppleTV, Amazone prime and EUROSPORT Player connection.
We will of course provide towels, hair dryer and bed linen free of charge.

My company's office is on the ground floor. A contact person for all questions can be reached there Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The keys are handed over either personally (during the week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the office on the ground floor) or in the key safe.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig. Es ist alles sehr sauber, die Einrichtung hat alles erforderliche. Nur eine Einschränkung gibt es leider ,die nicht im Inserat erwähnt wird.Die Wohnung ist im 3.Stockwerk und hat leider keinen Fahrstuhl.Das kann für einige Menschen ein Problem sein. Es wäre schön darauf in Zukunft hin zuweisen. Danke

Alles Bestens - Top Lage
Der Check-In Vorgang war Dank guter Beschreibung vorab unkompliziert und verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung war sauber und hat eine tolle Lage (nah an S-Bahn, nah an den verschiedenen Seen und ruhig gelegen). Nur die Fahrräder, die bei der Wohnung dabei sind, sind nicht mehr die Besten. Tun aber was sie sollen. Alles in allem - sehr empfehlenswert!

Gute Urlaubsunterkunft
Von der Buchung bis zum Check-out, hat alles super gepasst. Sauberkeit und Wertigkeit der Möbel war auf einen sehr guten Stand! Die Lage zu den umliegenden See war optimal und durch die Nutzung der Fahrräder gut zu erreichen! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

In Markkleeberg hält man es auch bei über 30 Grad sehr gut aus. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und super gelegen ( 2min zur S-Bahn in‘s Leipziger Zentrum, keine viertel Stunde an einen der „Neuen Seen“. Einfach toll

Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden. Eine ruhig gelegene Fewo, klasse Lage und alles wie beschrieben. Die Lage war perfekt für meine Rennradtouren um die Seen. Komme gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Das Check-in hat dank der präzisen Vorab-Informationen einwandfrei geklappt, und man war nicht an eine vereinbarte Ankunftszeit gebunden. Auch das Aus-Checken war sehr unkompliziert und stressfrei. Es gibt sogar einen Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz! Die Wohnung ist absolut gemütlich, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Traumhaft die Nahverkehrs-Verbindung, nach weniger als 200 Metern steht man auf dem Bahnsteig und ist beispielsweise in 15 Minuten mitten in der Leipziger Innenstadt, ganz ohne Parkplatz-Sorgen! Ein absoluter Wohlfühl-Aufenthalt, den wir sehr gerne bald wiederholen möchten.

Immer wieder
Sehr saubere Wohnung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. 100 m bis zur S Bahn, perfekt. Bäcker und Lebensmittel alles sehr nah! Wenn man am Schlüsselkasten leicht zieht ( und nicht wie beschrieben drückt) kommt problemlos an den Schlüssel. Kommen gerne wieder!

Absolut geeignet für einen Kurztrip in Markkleeberg. Die Wohnung liegt zentral gelegen, es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung.

War eine schöne Zeit in der FeWo. Frau und Kind waren zufrieden. Wetter hat auch sehr gut mitgespielt. Waren fast jeden Tag an einem See baden. Und in der Innenstadt von Leipzig sowie im Wildpark. Bäcker und diverse Essmöglichkeiten sind um die FeWo gut erreichbar. Alles ok. Gern wieder. Thomas.

Alles bestens, gut ausgestattet für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt.
Sehr gute Anbindung zur S-Bahn, damit ist man schnell und unkompliziert in der City & muss nicht ewig einen Parkplatz suchen. Ein Bäcker und Lebensmittelmarkt ist auch in sehr kurzer Laufnähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
