Pictures are on website all fake . Breakfast was terrible there is no even water, coffee machine juice machine wasnt working for one week , there is no shower at beach , had a bad experience. If would be chance i want my money back, after all phone calls with ebookers never turn up . Thank you ebookers for worst holiday . Never use your app or website again .

great location and nice rooms
great stay nothing was too much trouble. the only thing which was a major downfall... they dont have an iron you can use. they will do the ironing for an extra charge. bring a travel iron. other than that great location beautiful sea view room defintely worth it.

Excellent - highly recommended
Wonderful views from the beach front rooms - beach nice and staff excellent. Positioned in a nice spot near everything. Bar staff and receptionist couldn't have been more helpful highly recommended .

Bad experience
The hotel is very bad from an all experience point of view. When we first entered to the room, it was not clean at all. The morning breakfast is also very bad and you can smell it from the top floor of the hotel. The reception staff is not profetionnel and the bed is not confortable at all.. Overall bad experience.

Not a nice hotel
We stayed here between 7-13th Aug 2015. On arrival at 2am the man at the desk did not even say hello or even offer to help us with our luggage. The room 102 was dirty and dusty. I was told it would be cleaned three times a week but the cleaner never even came once. I had to call reception everyday to ensure they came to empty my bins as I have a baby and needed to dispose of dirty nappies. There was no light in the landing. The food was discussing and the whole experience was awful. The hotel looks stunning from the photographs but it's actually awful the room was a lot smaller then the photographs and was very dull.

Pretty good hotel for the price.
Bathroom especially shower was small. I booked a 3 bed room and one of the beds was a convertible sofa. Not the greatest hotel but location is good. Service is great. I can recommend the hotel.

Don't stay here.
Stayed as a couple with 2 kids. Wouldn't stay here again. Staff don't understand English. This is a problem in the majority of the places we travelled in Turkey. Arrived 2:30pm and the room wasn't ready. Had to wait 45mins. The aircon only works if the balcony door is fully closed and locked. No one told us that until we complained the aircon wasn't working. You cannot bring any food or drinks in from the local supermarket. Not even snacks for the kids.You are watched like an eagle. Don't expect luggage service. Their are stairs to reception and a steep ramp to carry your own suitcases. Stay elsewhere. Better still, stay in Bodrum. Too many English tourists in Marmaris that like to drink all day.

Quick 1 day stay
Nice little hotel with free wifi. Booked a junior suite but was nothing more than a bigger standard room with a couch. The sea view ended up being a small side view as well. The hotel comes with a spa but that is like the basement with a steam room and jacuzzi. The reception area of the spa also serves as the chill out room. Ok for one night but lacks the finese for a longer stay.

Fantastic, small hotel on the beach
We arrived 27th April just before the season started and stayed in room 502. Check-in was simple. There was only about 50 rooms in this hotel which I like. The suite was very nice with a double shower and modern furnishings, ample plug sockets, aircon, safe, TV (only English speaking channel was sky news but then I didn't come her to watch TV!), balcony with a great view out over the sea and a sofa. Toiletries were supplied in the bathroom mini-bar too. The staff were great. Polite, helpful, friendly at breakfast, the bar, on the beach, the reception.

Otel çok bakımsız ve genel itibari ile pisti.Kahvaltı çok kötüydü.Odada küf kokusu hakim ve oda temizliği iyi değildi. Tek olumlu nokta otelin konumu ve kendi şezlonglarının olmasıydı.

Otelin konumu merkeze barlar sokağına marina ve limana yürüyerek yarım saat mesafede.tabi dolmuş taksi alternatifi var tam önünden geçen.denize sıfır mükemmel deniz manzaralı odaları var. öyle bir konumda mükemmel bir konseptte olmasını bekliyosunuz ama yok.kahvaltı berbat,temizlik vasat.bina bakımsız koridorlar karanlık.tamamen sahildeki konumuna güvenerek işletilmeye çalışılıyor

Lamentable
El servicio nos pareció lamentable: nada amable, falto de experiencia, sin conocimientos del inglés en recepción. La negligencia del personal nos salió muy cara (tumbamos una moto por no sabernos indicar el chico de las maletas mientras aparcabamos delante del hotel, marcha atrás y de noche) y no quisieron responsabilizarse lo más mínimo ni hacer algún gesto para contentarnos. No nos trataron con el respeto que merecen unos clientes sino como a personas que molestamos, empezando por el gerente que debería hacer un cursillo de como gestionar situaciones así con mano izquierda. Además no quiso aceptar la más mínima crítica a su personal, se enfadó y exaltó con nosotros llegándonos a colgar el teléfono. Decidimos cancelar 3 de las 4 noches ya pagadas (sin poder recuperar el dinero) porque seguir allí nos habría arruinado la estancia en Marmaris. Al irnos antes de tiempo nos quiso hacer firmar un papel conforme no ibamos a criticar el hotel...En fin, vivirlo para créerlo... Nos fuimos tristes e indignados.

Wifi fonctionne pas. Le menage est fait bizarrement! Les serviettes sont remplis de taches!!!! L'eau hors de prix lors du diner! Les repas sont bof... Le diner du soir une seule nouvelle variete! Ah oui on a dut payer 20 tl pour avoir une carte en plus ... On etait 3 dans la chambre et on nous a donné une seule carte! C'est inacceptable!!!! Et attention les 20 tl ca peut aussi etre 25 tout depend qui vous avez en face... Le seul point positif la plage en face et la possibilité d'aller a pays au centre ville. Bref je ne recommande pas...

Laute Musik, unfreundliches Personal, schmutzige Zimmer, Massenabfertigung beim Frühstück und eine nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage werden bei uns in Errinnerung bleiben, wenn wir an dieses Hotel denken.

check in tarihinde yanlışlık yapmışız acentedan düzeltmek 3 günümüzü aldı otel harika insanlar güleryüzlü herkes çok anlayışlı kaliteli ancak mhotels acentedan asla check in yapmayın derim bir günde en az 5 kişilyle konuştuk yapıcakları şey o kadar basitki düzeltme mailini onaylayıp otele gönderecekler ama bizi inanılmaz şekilde uğraştırdılar malibu beach otel harika ancak m hotels acente inanılmaz kötü....

Det finns saker som måste bytas i rummen och badrummen men inte gjorde. Maten är jätte dålig på alla 14 dagar vi har varit på hotellet därför blev vi tvungna att köpa mat utifrån trots att vi betalade för frukost och middag. Allmänt är mycket dåligt
