This is a visually pleasant hotel (our room was very good and the pool area is very pretty); however, it was let down by less than adequate customer service on three fronts - hotel reception, breakfast service and room cleanliness.

Terrible receptionist/manager. Never smiles and keeps changing WiFi codes. Only for Faiti, who is waiter and simply runs the hotel from morn to night, it would be shut. He is wonderful asset . Pool good, breakfast very good, room very good . Great hotel only for manager who literally does nothing only look at computer. Cleaning room once .

Hotel lived up to all the good reviews I read before travelling. Mostly v. friendly staff - especially the bar/waiters. Some of the comments about some of the rooms being a little tired are valid - however our room was just fine and didn't spoil the experience.

Calm Oasis
This wonderful hotel is situated away from the buzz of Icmeler. The lovely surroundings make it a calm oasis to return to each day. The staff work very hard, especially Fatih who worked tirelessly, much of the time single handed to ensure guests are welcomed, comfortable and looked after. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The owner Mr Adnan, was very hospitable and friendly.

A great place to stay.
A really nice place, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Very clean with a daily maid service with new towels every day. The staff were lovely and very helpful. A nice area away from the main hustle and bustle of Icmeler, very quiet. Slept with the door open on the balcony most nights. A bit of a walk to the beach (25mins) but there are frequent buses or you can get a taxi. We would definitely go again.

pleasant stay
Beautiful hotel in a very quiet area in the old village. Pleasant walk down to the beach in about 25 minutes however if you don't like walking the dolmus is very close by. Rooms are lovely though some did have problems with the electrics. Also not all rooms have sit in balconies and we were unfortunate to have one before we were able to swap over the following week. If you like sunbathing the pool area is nice but in some areas very shaded. If the hotel is also full of British there is a shortage of sun beds. Staff especially bar staff are excellent and very hard working. Breakfast is superb but is very Turkish which we enjoy but if your are looking for bacon and eggs you would need to go out elsewhere.

Well situated out of the main town - great!
This is a charming character hotel with a super pool, restaurant, bar and reception area. Easy to melt the days away just lingering at the hotel. It is far enough away from the town to completely ignore which we just about did. You can walk to and from the town or hop on the free bus though if you must no problem. We used the not far away Kyra Pide restaurant a few times (make a note) and the good supermarket near to them. The town is not my thing at all but at this hotel it really did not matter as we had a hire car and the two roads up into the surrounding area are right by the hotel. From this point a whole world awaits you of stunning mountainous landscape, green pine forests, villages, lost beaches, sea food, honey and magic. It is terrific. The hotel is really charming too. The staff are very attentive and work hard to please. Remember to pay a good tip because these folk are low paid and work a 7 day long hours week. I could find a few errors, room service missed our room out once - that sort of thing - but the whole experience was exceptional - and at the price paid, goodness me it is a no brainer!

Good Hotel Not Too Far from Town and Beach
Friendly staff, good standard of hotel close enough to ALL amenities - good breakfast included in on price. Quality food ie:: Lunch/Supper but at a price.... Enjoyed our stay hope to be back soon.

Loved this hotel, room and breakfast was amazing, loved the personal touch at this hotel, lovely quiet area about 35 mins walk to centre of Icmeler, would highly recommend. Very obliging staff and hotel beautifully decorated.

Very good with potential to excellence
We booked the Petunya as a relaxing place in a nice beach but a Little separated of a noisy center. We consider the hotel very good, only it would be good to have a little more staff. Staff was very good and made a hugh effort, but it was evident that sometimes they were very tired. The room was lovely, relaxing and clean. There is a screen but he channels available are limited if you do not speak turkish. You will not need the TV if the wheather is good, we had many rainy days, and even if we wanted to rest in the room and see movies they were not available at least in english. The breakfast was very good for us and the variety was good. They have a tea time at 5 pm with some biscuits that we enjoyed. Overall we were very happy at the hotel.

We stayed here for a week on a last minute booking
What a jewel we found with this small family run hotel. It is set in the old town about 25 minutes walk from the bay of Icmeler but that should not put you off as buses and taxis leave the small square outside the hotel at regular intervals. Bedrooms were tastefully decorated with en suite shower room where you have a choice of shower. Real quality. Staff very warming and friendly. Small pool which services the guests very well as it only has 28 rooms. Breakfast is typical Turkish and very healthy. Choices of breads, eggs, cheeses, jam, honey, figs, dates and nuts. Ample. A nice touch is at 5pm with tea time. Again typical Turkish serving Turkish tea with cakes and biscuits. There is a mini mart outside on the sqare next to Tommy's cafe bar and restaurant. Again very welcoming. Back next year hopefully.

Beautiful surroundings
The hotel is in a idyllic setting, surrounded by beautiful scenery, forests. The hotel has a fantastic family feel about it; the staff are all very accommodating. The turkish breakfast is very refreshing and they offer a complimentary tea in the afternoon. The room and pool were clean and the hotel has it's own unique style. The beach is only a taxi ride away and Icmeler has all the amenities you will need including excursions such as diving etc.

Perfect relaxing, spotless and tranquil.
A bit out of the way of the town center, but it isn't if you want a relaxing oasis with quietness and no disturbances. It's only a 50p regular 5 minute bus ride into the center. It's located at the foot of the Icmeler hills, and is ideal for a tranquil get away. Just across the road is a 24 hour food shop and next to it is Tommy's Bar, which serves drinks and delicious food. This is where the bus stops into town or Marmaris. The rooms are beautiful and clean, very modern with a very boutique feel about them. A modern lift to all floors, a well stocked bar on the ground floor and beautiful gardens surrounding the premises. The pool area is very clean and big enough for the hotel, it was peaceful and relaxing with plenty of sun loungers. There was only 7 guests in the hotel when we stayed and this meant you had the place to yourselves and we met some great people who we will still be in contact with. The grounds are well kept with flowers and tropical trees all around, they have a Turkish bath and spa in the basement level. But we didn't use this on our stay. You are provided with a Turkish breakfast every morning out on the sun terrace, they serve you tea or coffee with a selection of cheeses, breads, fruits, jams, salad and omelettes. It was delicious and you can have as much or as little as you like. I would recommend a stay here if you like peace and quiet on your holiday, and something beautiful to return to after excursions etc. I will be booking into here again.

Stayed 2 nights in April 2015 with friends. Were the first guests of the season. Welcomed and looked after well by Hotel owner and manageress. Served a lovely lunch whilst waiting for our rooms to be ready which were excellent - offered choice to upgrade to larger rooms which we took. Staff friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel
This hotel deserves 5 stars!!the staff clearly take great pride in making your stay in the hotel and in turkey a brilliant experience. We were wined and dined for our entire stay and also given plenty of space to relax!the hotel is SPOTLESS and a credit to all those who work hard to keep it at that level. Rooms are large ( ours had a seperate sitting area). The food is gorgeous- we got a call from downstairs one evening to say that local fresh fish had been delivered and would we like to try a turkish fish dish for dinner!it was amazing. Breakfast must be seen to be believed- 25 small dishes including fresh olives, cheese, marmalade, etc. eggs cooked to order. Location is very quiet- about a 15 minute easy stroll to icmeler centre or you can get a dalmus (local bus) right outside every 5 minutes which will drop you in!i would HIGHLY recommended this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights, if we hadn't planned to travel to a different area of Turkey would of lived to have stayed the full wk. wonderful and helpful staff, very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. You will not be disappointed by this hotel.

The hotel owners cannot do enough for you. A very warm welcome. A peaceful location with only a 15 min walk to the beach, bars and restaurants or just 5 mins on the bus! We have just returned and we will certainly be going back.

A very good address
We were very well welcomed to this hotel owned by a family and newly restored. Everything is new and clean. The owners speak English and are very friendly, professional and welcoming. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is quiet and surrounded by a garden. Very nice terrace, swimming pool and bar with view on the mountains. Nice homemade breakfast, with fresh food. The only disadvantage that one may find (but that was not an issue for us since we had a car) is the distance of the hotel to the beach (15 minutes on foot) and to Marmaris downtown.

işletme tek kelimeyle rezalet..özellikle Gamze isimli arkadaş bizi kapı anahtarı bozuk olduğu için balkondan içeri girmemizi istedi (üstelik başka boş oda olmasına rağmen),verdiğimiz buz kalıbını buzluğa değil de normal buzdolabına koymuş bizim için önemliydi o buz kalıbıyla ilaç taşıyorduk..işletme değişse otelin fiziki şartları genel olarak iyi..ama kâbus gibi bir geceydi.

Gittiğimizde otel sezonu yeni açtığından hazırlıklar başlamıştı. Doluluk oranı düşük olduğundan standart oda tutmamıza rağmen bize suit verdiler, kahvaltı da dört dörtlük olmasa da genel anlamda verdiğimiz ücretin karşılığını fazlasıyla aldık diyebilirim. Otelin konumu itibariyle de çok sakin, tam anlamıyla dinlenmelik, kafa dinlemelik bir konumda. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Çok güzel bir butik otel
İçmelerin mükemmel ortamı içerisinde dört dörtlük bir butik otel. Çalışanları gerçek profesyoneller. Hizmetlerini kusursuz, güler yüzlü ve candan olarak yerine getiriyorlar. Bundan sonra İçmelerdeki tek konaklama yerimiz.

Otel guzel ve temiz. Ancak konum olarak heryere uzak denebilir. Sahil uzak sehir merkezi uzak sahile arabanizla gitmeniz gerekiyor. Havuz biraz gostermelik. Kucuk bir havuzu var. Sabah ve aksam saatlerinde kahvalti ve aksam yemegi havuz cevresinde oldugu icin havuzu kullanamıyorsunuz. Calisanlar ise ilgisiz, ozensiz ve hic nazik degiller.
