The purpose of having a remote hotel is to create an easier check-in/check-out process for our guests and we do have staff members on the property throughout the day if anything were to be needed!

We appreciate your feedback, Stephanie. With transferring ownership and switching systems, we tried to accommodate previous guests to the best of our ability! We do have a contactless check in process for our guests to make it easier and get explore the town of Marquette. Even though there is no front desk, we have staff over there all throughout the day and into the night if you needed anything throughout your stay! Just have to ask and if it was a major fix, we would send someone over to take a look :)

We do have people on site throughout the day and night, staff and maintenance, so if anything did go wrong someone would be there. We don't have key cards, you get an access code, and you receive both one to your room as well as the guest supply closet where we have laundry, an ice machine, and guest consumables if you need extras. You won't be out of luck, because you receive a code. We, actually, do take our customer satisfaction very seriously as those are the people that come back and stay with us throughout the year! We don't have bad or absent service; we are just running it a little bit different that a traditional hotel and we have been doing great with it!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. With just recently purchasing the hotel we have been trying to accommodate all previous guests as best we can. We work hard to make all our guests that are traveling into Marquette happy to enjoy their stay with us!

I'm sorry that you didn't feel secure. All our locks are brand new that were just installed a couple months ago, and we have not had any problems with the locks not properly latching inside the door! Other than that, I'm glad to see that you had a nice time at our hotel!

I'm glad to know your room was very clean for your stay, our housekeeping team works very hard! I think there are many things our hotel provides including every room being a lake view to Lake Superior, the brand-new balcony and deck we have designed for our guests, and the fantastic yard we have available for guests that make us an exceptional hotel!

We try to accommodate all our guests by having the lights on an automotive system, so it goes off at sunset! Other than that, I am glad to see that you enjoyed your stay with us!
