The President in Trapani.
This is a good hotel that needs some plaster repairs and some serious improvement in their hours of service in their restaurant. Sometimes their restaurant was open for dinner, often not. Never for lunch. I believe that most of the time it was open for dinner was because a couple of kids sports teams were there and they were contracted to feed them. The menu was dreadfully restricted even then. It was also cold in the restaurant and hallways, but I find that common in most of Europe and when I see the cost of fuel I can understand why. The staff were pleasant and service otherwise good. I suspect my complaints were because I was there out of season.

Nice room. The restaurant was serving a large group, which made going to another restaurant a necessity.

Public areas were not air conditioned. It was very hot while there. The hotel also needs some general maintenance. Rooms are large and comfortable

wouldnt recommend to go to Marsala, false preception as a "wine country", city & beach was dirty and no where to go.

the hotel is clean, staff are nice and breakfast is yummy The location is not excellent, but the best destinations such as S. Vito Lo Capo, Calstellamare and Riviera dello zingaro are not too far away

crazy loud music down by pool side no comfort in relaxing in this hotel not possible with terrible loud dj playing stupid music all day from 9am to 7 pm - ridiculous! very inconsiderate for tourists that want to have a relaxing time. avoid this hotel if looking for a quiet relaxing time.

Relaxing base in lovely part of Sicily
Just within reasonable walking distance of most of Marsala town in a quiet area with few local bars/restaurants. Hotel's own restaurant is good value and nice food but limited choice; buffet breakfast was good too. Room was spacious and comfortable with first rate air conditioning and good maid service. All staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke some English. There were a few English channels on the room television and use of the internet was free in reception. Very pleasant pool area next to the restaurant, useful as beach areas in the town are mainly private boat clubs. Town is good for shopping and has interesting narrow streets (many pedestrianised) and varied architecture in the older part. We were very pleased with our choice as there are not many hotels in Marsala

Lo unico que nos gustó fué que tenia parking y que el check in fué rápido aunque la recepcionista es antipática y fria. El resto todo mal… la habitación olia muy mal ( a viejo, rancio y sucio) todo se veia viejo y mal cuidado. La cama y las almohadas eran incomodisimas, debian tener 40 años. Las sabanas estaban limpias, eso si. El desayuno de calidad media-baja. Por último la zona… el hotel está a 7 mintos en coche del centro de Marsala pero el barrio donde está ubicado es muy sucio y parece poco seguro. En definitiva, cualquier B&B de Sicilia por un precio inferior, le da mil vueltas a este hotel. No volveremos.

Sicilia nel cuore
Hotel carino (da ristrutturare), personale gentilissimo e disponibili, camere pulite, colazione abbondante. La piscina è piccola rispetto alla foto ma è un comfort. L'unico problema è la distanza da mare, quasi 2km dal porto e non dalla spiaggia. Ottimo punto di partenza per le isole Egadi.

Aspetti negativi: pulizia vetri finestre della stanza(sporchi da molto tempo) pulizia tende finestre della stanza(non sono lavate da anni) Idem per quelle situate nei locali comuni Moquette dei corridoi vergognosa andrebbe assolutamente eliminata. Aspetti positivi: Stanze molto comode, Colazione molto buona, piscina buona, ingresso hall buona. Servirebbero pochi accorgimenti per renderlo un ottimo hotel

Hotel qui vieilli mal: balustrade rouillée, également porte douche, moquettes qui s'effiloche , nous avons du changer de chambre vu que notre douche fouillait dans la chambre du bas la chambre proposée était minuscule sans balcon, nous avons dû refuser afin de recevoir l'équivalent de notre ancienne , un personnel très mais très antipathique on a l'impression de déranger dommage ni sourire ni amabilité , cela nous aurait donner plus envie de rester a l'hôtel ou d'y revenir ..jamais je ne conseillerai cette établissement aux gens que j'aime

Hotel sporco, le camere erano sporche la polvere sopra la spalliera dei letti era alta 3 centimetri..la piscina trascurata vicino le sedie sdraio c'era puzza di fognatura tantissime mosche fastidiose, solamente la colazione era buona e molto abbondante..

Hotel che ha conosciuto giorni migliori Oggi è in stato di abbandono. Manca del tutto la manutenzione: sulle finestre delle camere, per la polvere, si può scrivere con un dito.

OK hotel i dejlig by
Behageligt hotel med store, lyse værelser. Stor pool, Gode parkeringsforhold direkte udenfor hotel, som lukkes med port om natten. Marsala er en fantastisk by - og centrum er ikke mere end en km. væk, så man kan snildt gå frem og tilbage. De første 500m fra hotellet mod centrum er kvarterret dog lidt "nedslidt"

PObyt przebiegł dobrze, personel bardzo miły. zastrzeżenia mam co do stanu hotelu, odpadające tynki ze ścian, zaszpachlowane nie pomalowaner dziury na ścianach. Hotel jest na wymarciu, ledwo co funkcjonuje. oszczędności wp ostaci wyłąćzenia światła na korytarzach, na basenie. Hotel świeci pustkami. Lepiej dopłacić i mieć hotel przy plaży.

Difficoltà nel raggiungimento per errata indicazione di percorso. Hotel gradevole, personale molto gentile, buffet colazione più che onesto, ottima pulizia della camera. Nel complesso l'hotel dimostra qualche acciacco e abbisognerebbe di qualche manutenzione qua e là; la centralità e il buon rapporto qualità prezzo ne fanno comunque una sistemazione consigliabile.

Facciata imponente. Personale alla reception cordiale. Camera enorme. Frigobar pieno di bottiglie già aperte. Struttura vecchia, che trasuda fatiscenza. Manutenzione carente. Moquette ovunque. Tappeti polverosi dappertutto. Prima colazione buona, ma tavoli sempre sporchi, tovaglie macchiate e cosparse di briciole. Sedie consumate dell'usura. Stoviglie vecchie che non danno certo l'idea di pulito. Prezzo giusto, se non fosse per i lati negativi che ho riscontrato.

Un hotel ok per una notte di passaggio di lavoro
L'hotel è una struttura un po' datata, molto grande e facile da trovare con parcheggio interno non custodito. Un punto sicuramente positivo, al di là della gentilezza del personale, è la camera molto grande rispetto agli standard normali, negativa il bagno estremamente superato come qualità di doccia e struttura. Per il resto tutto nella norma, una struttura abbastanza classica senza picchi né in alto né in basso. Giusta per ciò che serviva, una notte di trasferimento.
