The drain in the bathtub did not work the tub filled with water. They had a full-size refrigerator, which was nice and a dishwasher. It was so crowded in the room you could not move. The breakfast sausages were overcooked. They were hard like a rock and dark. They ran out of eggs in the first half hour. The staff was not monitoring the breakfast area.

Excellent stay for a last minute stop on our road trip. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in, and our room was clean and roomy enough fot the 4 of us. The pool looked nice, although we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was typical hotel fare - waffles, eggs, sausage links, oatmeal, yogurt, cold cereal, bagels...

Very easy on/off I-80. Staff were very friendly and made sure our stay was pleasant. It was a very quiet area, the sheets were incredibly soft, the hot tub was hot, breakfast was good. Only minor complaint is the hot tub concrete is super rough - as in abrade your skin rough.

I am sorry I did not read the reviews before booking this hotel for my wife and son. After a night’s stay, my wife is covered in fleabites! They might be bedbug bites: even worse! Now I’m in the doghouse! Don’t even think of staying here!

We last stayed at this property 7 years ago and a lot has changed. It definitely has gotten run down and was sketchy-looking. The room had bugs all over the windows and in the shower. The bed looked like it was neatened up after someone slept in it. The couch was filthy looking. The fire alarm was removed from the ceiling. The room was near the end door and people were in and out and up and down the stairs all night long. Noisy to say the least. Moldy bread was served at breakfast. It was pet friendly with space to walk your dog out back. We will not be back.

Overall bad experience, room door would not secure after leaving, toilet leaking, dirty sheets, no shampoo conditioner or soap in shower, 1 roll of toilet paper, cable box mounted so the remote control would not work had to change channel by hand.

I don’t know how a hotel gets in this condition. Poor management? Understaffed? The exterior should have been a dead giveaway, but we ventured in anyway. After a nightmare check in, to which none of the staff even gave a “sorry for the trouble” only excuses that they’d been having trouble with Expedia bookings not coming through, the hallway was covered in either dry wall or crunched up crackers, our room had dead crickets and moths and general gunk in the corners, there was an extra piece of painted drywall in the corner of the room, trash in the open cabinets, stains on the sheets, and a general layer of dust on everything. We’d already paid and Expedia was doing their part to make it right, so we stayed. The next morning our room keys stopped working so we went to get that fixed and a new front desk attendant said, “Oh, you’re paying cash?” I explained that the room was already paid for through Expedia. She told me it wasn’t showing paid and I’d either need to place a card on hold or pay cash. After a lot of back and forth, her only response was, “well the night people didn’t leave me a note.” All this to say, spend a few more dollars and save yourself the frustration and disgust.

This hotel could be ok. Check in was nice. 2 girls working hard to clean rooms, fold towels and work the front desk. Front of hotel is littered with cigarette butts a couple random lawn chairs, random week and missing paint and window damage from the hail storm. Inside lobby looked and smelled clean. Hallway needed vacuumed. Room 116 was recently remodeled, but wasn’t completed, however it was mostly clean. Under the sink part of the wall and trim were missing where new pluming was installed. Right inside the door of our room was a large piece of old counter top and drywall just leaned against the wall. Very random. The new sink installed in the kitchen didn’t have running water and a large extension cord was strung across the new pretty countertop to plug in the full sized fridge. The new dishwasher was not screwed into the counter and was pulled out from the wall in a strange way. Above the air conditioner the paint is missing and the wall seemed soft from being wet. The second exit to the parking lot which wouldn’t work with our keys and had a random tv sitting in the hall all weekend. The store room was piled high with furniture and stuff and didn’t have a curtain on it. Not very attractive from the parking lot. If some time and attention was put into this place it would be a nice little spot to spend the weekends. We stayed here a year or so ago and I had hope it had improved. Not playing on staying here again.

We werent greeted. Staff was unprofessional and scetchy. We were told the rooms shower didnt work. The room had the coffee pot sitting on the floor. The room had a full head of garlic and coins on the desk. 2 pillows were clearly used and yellow stains. We shouldnt have stayed but i had two kids that needed to sleep and showers but at least we got sleep.

Horrible experience
Had a horrible experience. Arrived at hotel at 7:30 pm, were told our rooms weren’t ready. We booked a week and a half earlier, how can they not be ready at 7:30? Desk staff went upstairs to check on rooms - checked us in for our 3 rooms. First room: bed spread was dirty, shower pieces laying on side of bathtub, screwdriver on sink - obviously this was not ready! She walked us down hall to first ‘open’ room - air conditioner did not work at all. Took us to room further down hall for try #3, room was fine - TVs didn’t work. She went back down to restart modem. Finally able to get settled in. Second room - ended up being an extended stay which was not asked for nor needed, but was fine with things at this point. Until opened dishwasher being nosey and the door falls off. Other than that beds were comfie and staff tried being helpful as they could.

I absolutely do not recommend this property. I did not have a room key my ENTIRE stay. I had to go to the front desk every time to be let into my room. This was extremely unsafe. The manager ended up charging my credit card more than once and now there is a certain amount of money unaccounted for that they will not refund me.Every time i call to address this the manager either hangs up on me with no resolution or tells me that the owner will be in touch. This stay happened the end of June. Both the manager and owner have been extremely unprofessional in this matter and i am now taking further action towards them.

Check in time was 3:00 pm and couldn't get into my room until 3:50. Room wasn't entirely clean. The hallway was dirty....hadn't been vacuumed. Breakfast: Food was barely warm, OJ was concentrate...no water added, hot water for tea was brown, and the water container was empty...bone dry.

Pretty bad. Got in at 11:45p hoping for a shower and some sleep. ... Room was damp, old, shower was lukewarm at best, hair was on the toilet seat ... and to top it all off, the toilet was clogged. .... Oh, and the still-in-the-packaging dishwasher and microwave was a nice touch - I just lol'ed at that, though, because I didn't need them

The hotel was run down looking. The only reason I went inside was that is was non refundable. It smelled and looked dirty. The person at the desk was pleasant enough, but he said our room was not ready. This was at 6:00 at night. We left and did not stay there.

The manager Bristen (probably spelled that wrong lol) was very awesome, even while dealing with a lot she made sure My business partner & I felt like we was the priority EVERYTIME I spoke with her. She was always upbeat and smiling. We will stay here again when we come back to the area. We had a bad AC unit and they had it replaced the next day we after we came from an event and it was great.

Absolutely terrible location. The building itself was dirty and unkept. They were doing some remodel work to a few rooms, like replacing refrigerators and microwaves, but overall no reason for how disgusting it was. The people working at this location seemed very distracted and were hard to find at check-in. I will definitely not recommend this location and will not stay here in the future.

Very promising hotel, pleasant customer service.
The hotel is having some renovations done but it doesnt seem to impact the common areas too badly. They are converting some room to extended stay rooms with new furniture, appliances etc so there were a couple of appliances in our room which hadnt been hooked up yet but really not at all a problem. It was impeccably clean. The bed wasnt very comfortable in my opinion but I am picky. The desk was set up well with a lamp that had outlets in the base and good lighting and the couch was pretty comfortable. The pool looked great although we didnt get a chance to use it. The pool area was clean and neat and the pool was literally sparkling. The lobby and "business area" - where you could print out plane tickets etc was neat and inviting as was the breakfast area. The breakfast was a little lack luster. We were there about 8:30 and they were out of eggs and almost out of sausage. They did have the basics - waffle maker, cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, yogurt, juices, coffee, and milk. Overall a very good stay.

The bed squeaked and cracked every time you moved. At breakfast there was no butter or margarine, no plastic knives, and no napkins. When I inquired at the front desk they said they were out and they needed to order more. Otherwise the room was clean and the staff was nice.
