The Maplemere is closely located to most attractions in Martin. UTM, the Ag-Pavilion, library, and hospital are just to name a few. It is also a short drive to The Discovery Park of America. The home has 3 bedrooms that suit most everyone's needs-queen bedroom, full, and bunk bedroom. A large kitchen and dining area is perfect for everyone to gather together. Plus, a living room with the commies seating around.
Also, enjoy some quiet time in rge coffee/tea bar that any batista would approve of.

Easter stay in Martin
Very nice property! We were very happy. The description matched what we found. We felt safe and comfortable. Really enjoyes the coffee bar! The host was always responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay, with plenty of room to entertain family. Comfortable sleeping quarters with many conveniences. If you have a student attend UT Martin that you're visiting, this is perfect!

Really amazing!
The place was great. Impeccably clean and perfect size and location. Nice and close to Martin. It was cozy and comfortable and is very nicely updated. Tori was great. She made sure we got in okay and let us know to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. We enjoy going for walks and the neighborhood was perfect to walk around.

Nice home,clean,comfortable. Easy check in and out. Enjoyed free hot chocolate and popcorn. I would suggest an alarm clock in bedrooms and another tv. Wonderful stay if you're in the area!!

Weekend getaway
Great location. Property was clean and just as described. We loved the coffee bar and the extra snacks. We especially liked the carport lights that were on a timer since we came in at dark sometimes. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

We enjoyed it!
The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing because the check in/out times were different than the instructions provided in emails by an hour. This wasn't an issue for us with our timing. There were some dishes, but there were only 3 spoons. As a group of 7 we needed more than 3 spoons at a time, so we bought plastic spoons at a nearby store. A great place to stay together with family when you can't all fit in one hotel room.
