Checking in went very smoothly. The desk attendant, Jay, was extremely welcoming and courteous. He explained the amenities available and the times of the breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Room was clean and fully supplied. Breakfast was great! Bed was a little hard for my comfort but every person has a different preference when it comes to beds.

We really like this hotel because it is convenient and clean. It was under construction this time but there was issues with noise. The only issue I had was that when I checked in was there was not a person and the front desk. There was a kiosk with a attendant on the computer screen. I hope they get rid of that before we come back.

Thank you for your feedback concerning our kiosk agent. We always have another agent on duty and our kiosk is there as an option for check in. The kiosk agent allows our agents to provide great service to all of our guests ( for example if a guest requests more towels, it allows us to bring them to the guest ). We are currently in a testing phase of the kiosk that will end in the next 30 days and we hope to see you again in the future.

This hotel is right off interstate 64 in a small secluded area. The area looks to still be in a growing and building phase.
