We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was super clean and well equipped with a fridge, microwave, Keurig, utensils and dishes. It was spacious and comfortable with a cute porch and is in a great location walking distance to the beach. The only downside is there is no staff onsite and respond time to inquiries is inconsistent. While they responded immediately to a concern about room access, they took over 12 hours to answer a question about a missing hair dryer (not urgent, but concerning if there was a bigger issue). Overall a good place to stay for the price.

The suite is well kept and amenities were perfect. The silverware is washed by previous guests and ours were dirty.

Carpet was worn, both toilets needed service, Not enough glass and silverware, no night stand, lamp, clock for phone charger. I stayed at Miami Beach Kasa location and loved it, I returned later to location with family and loved it. Pricing was good until I stayed.

Beautiful rooms, great garden, and an amazing host! I booked the romantic room and it was perfect for a proposal. Champagne, fruit and cheese board was lovely. She said YES! We both woke up to a perfect breakfast.
