“The elevator was broken. Had to take stairs from 4th floor for 2 days. Keurig coffee machine broken in room and they couldn’t replace it so they wanted us to change rooms for a working keurig. The room was not cleaned on second day. House keeping was absent. Front desk was not occupied. Horrible hotel and stay. Do not recommend.”

“We booked a reservation online and it was confirmed, only to arrive at the hotel and be told that the desk attendant had cancelled it because she believed the hotel was full. We asked her to confirm and she rudely told us she was the only person there. When we inquired about different room types that may be available, she told us there would be a significant cost increase. She was extremely unhelpful and we ended up booking at another hotel. ”

“What a beautiful property. Everything was maintained and the room was gorgeous. I enjoyed sitting by the fire one of the nights. We ate brunch and even had a cocktail at the gazebo. I will definitely be back!”

“Great room at a great price. When you add in the free coffee (which is outstanding) and the free breakfast it is cheaper than all the equal competition. I will stay again and again at Tru.”

“I booked through expedia.com who reserved the wrong room. When i got there i was told they were sold out deal with it for days i requested to be moved and was told no until one of employees nice gentleman name look switched my room wich I was greatfull for but then I called Expedia back to let them know what was going on they gladly lied said they would comp me 3 days stays then when they contacted the hotel the lady maid all kinds of accusations and threw me out of the hotel not only threw me……

“When we arrived, the front desk informed us that because our booking was made through Expedia, they had not yet received payment and could not check us in. We were asked to wait, and after about 20 minutes, the same staff member contacted a manager. The manager then advised them to proceed with check-in and handle the Expedia payment on the back end. By the time we were finally checked in, we had already been waiting over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we were in town for a wedding and ended up……
