Dangerous 3rd floor window in 301. Probably all the same. DANGEROUS not child friendly windows open completely and could drop three floors outside. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN

Very nice hotel with friendly staff! On site parking for 8 euros daily. Best pastry shop near hotel (Caffe Camerlingo) Go to La Pignata restaurant and order a Pignata local dish, excellent!

Très bel hôtel, excellent petit déjeuner. La personne à l'accueil nous a conseillé un restaurant à 5 mm à pied, le conseil était très bon nous avons très bien mangé.

Struttura nuova in buona posizione per raggiungere il centro città a piedi in 20 minuti. Camere confortevoli e silenziose. Prima colazione normale con dolce e salato. Consigliato a chi richiede ambiente confortevole con prezzi nella media considerato i prezzi nel centro storico con difficoltà di parcheggio.

parkingplaatsen zijn beperkt en heel moeilijk om te parkeren . te klein en allerlei hindernissen . Parkeren in de straat is ook geen oplossing , daar de toegang met bagage tot hotel minimum 150 m bedraagt

Metà business hotel, metà hotel turistico
Hotel dalla doppia anima, riuscito compromesso tra un business hotel ed un albergo turistico. Da un lato, la struttura moderna, sobria e funzionale, dall'altro, l'ospitalità calorosa e la disponibilità del personale. La stessa posizione dell'hotel è funzionale alla sua doppia natura: appena fuori dal centro (a dire il vero in un quartiere residenziale non troppo accattivante), offre la possibilità di raggiungere le principali vie di comunicazione in pochi minuti di auto, ed al tempo stesso di raggiungere in circa 20 minuti di cammino i sassi e le principali attrazioni turistiche. Camere sufficientemente spaziose e confortevoli, pulizia buona. Peccato per la colazione, che potrebbe essere migliore, in linea con gli standard dell'hotel. Parcheggio interrato da circa 10/12 posti auto, molto comodo ed economico. Ottima soluzione per chi, vuole visitare la città senza rinunciare al confort di un hotel di prima categoria.

A colazione non ci hanno servito quello che avevamo ordinato e c'erano dei guasti in camera da letto. Il rotolo di carta igienica che ci hanno fornito non era nuovo, bensì per metà già utilizzato. Albergo da riqualificare, staff gentile ma non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dal centro. Le camere sono molto spaziose e la pulizia è la chicca dell'hotel. Sia la colazione sia la cena sono state pienamente soffisfacenti, la prima per la grande varietà di dolci tutti freschi e squisiti e la presenza di altrettanta frutta fresca, anch'essa ottima, la seconda per il rapporto qualità-prezzo e la disponibilità di diversi piatti davvero gustosi. Anche la gentilezza del personale della ristorazione e della reception è una parte importante, essendo molto giovane, gentile e dinamico. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.
