Everything is made to impress you. I loved it. Staff is very pleasant and very friendly. Granted it is not a walkable to distance to Al Haram but very convenient with a five minutes free shuttle every thirty five minutes around the clock. I would stay there again

This is barely a three star hotel, dirty and worn out carpets inside and in lobby, very inconvenient room layout with a single bedside table for four beds, every request takes 3/4 calls and finally room service probably took my earbuds while doing housekeeping!

Nice hotel shuttle every 30 min to Haram staff was very nice specially receptionist Hiba and loader Siddique, Hiba responded very quick in anything need in room very fast room service and Siddique was very helpful to get my luggage to room and while checkout

Assalamuailkum, recently stayed in room 615 and 616 masha Allah the place is nice, clean room, organized, good service, breakfast tasty and all the staff working there are nice people & help is here when needed anytimes☺️ Recommended to stay there for umrah, hajj or holidays # Alhamdoulillah no complaints Thanks to all staff Irfaan😉

People nice. Room was a little dirty not bc wasnt cleaned but it was just old. Carpet was dirty and walls seemed like theyre starting to crack. Hose in the washroom leaked everytime we used it. It was good and accommodated our one night stay.

The rooms are old a little bit but overall it’s pretty good. You’ll need a transportation to Alharam, the hotel offers a shuttle service every 30 minutes also you can take taxi 10-20SR.

Room was good , clean for the price. Has great breakfast. I called the front desk few times from my room, no one respond to my call. They did not care about customer service specially at night. Horrible bus transportation system. You need to be waiting about one houre for hotel bus in Haram main bus stop for hotel bus to show up to take you back to hotel.

A good safe bet...i stayed solo for 3 nights and it was very good stay, shutlle was readily available all the time 24 hrs, a bit far from haram but with shuttle u wont feel the distance....i read lot of reviews on other 3 star hotel like al kiswa, etc. Took this after lot of consideration and alhamdolillah it was good bet

I've been there last year that's why I came back everything was handy the staff were excellent the service was fantastic very clean the food was very tasty the manager for the breakfast kareem is been very helpful with a smile on his face we've been greeted by the receptionist with the smile job well done.

Overall, fair value for the price. No receptionist at late night check in. Dark room - asked for lamp, was promised it never came. Shower water was luke warm. Food excellent. Manager Nibras Ba'esa was helpful.

I've stayed here before and loved this hotel. However, the most attractive thing about the hotel has changed to the worse. The bus service has changed for the worse. The pick up point at the Haram is very crowded with other buses. It is difficult to find the correct bus as they're not always the same color and only have a small sign with the hotel's name. So you're forced to walk around looking for the bus. It could be a half hr before it shows up and up to 20 min of waiting before it leaves the station. So you have to allow for an hour of time to get to and from the Haram. This aspect, for me, means I don't plan on staying here again.
