“Our stay was fine. The hotel is located within Makkah Towers and has easy accessibility to the Haram. Our check-in was made very pleasant because of Hayaa Al-Fadha. She was so hospitable and welcoming.”

“We booked two suites not regular rooms and they said parking is full.! I think they have a short in staff, service is too slow.. bus driver is very rude”

“I booked one room with large twin bed but I was given a room with 4 small beds. The room was not clean and smells very bad. The beds were too small. The mattress was so thin.there was no towels and I went to reception to get. They said they will bring it in one hour and never did it. The bottom line is that I did not get what I requested at all.”
