It was excellent choice of staying. Hotel is literally 5 min walk to Provenza and Park Illerras. Ton of option for dining and night life. Very nice clean vert professional staff. Guards on side of the property 24/7. Room was excellent and room service was excellent too. Little work need to be done in the bathroom shower they are goid but bath doors jaming and cranking and missing middle in case if you want to take bath instead shower. Rest is all excellent give the fact the fact of price.

The hotel is older but nice, there is not much privacy in the bathroom due to glass older doors that you can see through.

Well we had a bad AC unit in our room where it would just keep the room cool not cold as well we asked for them to check it and not much was done. On another not we also had a leaking shower where all the water would soak the floor towel advised them that the water is coming from under the bath tub but nothing was done as well. we booked 3 rooms at this hotel and i had the worse room other 2 rooms worked fine.

Excellent location - walkable for many restaurants. It was quiet at night despite being near the nightlife. Staff was excellent. Bar staff was great. The A/C did not work first night, so was pretty hot. I told the front desk and it was repaired within an hour. Only negative was that we were in a luxury premium room and after the hot room the first night I asked about an upgrade (I would pay the difference) to a Presidential suite. They offered to upgrade for $10 less than the price I could get it as a new reservation on Expedia. Fortunately, the A/C was fixed and we were satisfied with that room

First time in Medellin and choosing this hotel was a plus! Quiet hotel in a beautiful and safe area.. at a walkable distance from Everything.. the hotel is beautiful, clean and with an elegant atmosphere.. the staff was fantastic, friendly, helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. The property was in a very quite location where we felt safe, and comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located to several cafes, and restaurants, that were accessible by foot. My only complaint was the VIP drinks were received were soft drinks only. Being treated to a free coffee, soda, or juice is hardly a perk, and consideration should be given to changing this to a glass of wine, or a beer. That would make me feel far more important, than the current offering.

The hotel staff are brilliant and the breakfast is really good too. Beds are very comfortable, however the rooms (particularly bathroom) are a little bit dated. I also don’t understand how the wifi is as bad as it is for a city centre hotel. But on the whole a great experience and really enjoyed our stay there, everything you need is a walk away including bars, restaurants and the metro station, but still very quiet and relaxing when you want it to be.

Black Female Solo Traveler - I enjoyed this place very much. Beautiful Hotel located within minutes of El Pablado but in a quiet neighborhood away from the excitement and crowds. The room was very Medellín. It had character and charm. After a dusty ATV ride, the shower was awesome. Breakfast area was BEAUTIFUL. Gorgeous grounds and veey well kept. I slept and napped in that lovely bed between excursions. Easy Uber ride back and forth from location.
