Worst experience ever! I had 3 nights reservations, and i left 6 hours after checking in after finding spiders in the room. The hotel didn't offer any other option. However, 3 days after that and after several emails (and after i get back home) they offered me changing the room and the hotel!! what a joke!

They where excelent the only thing was Camilo the receptions guy I spoke to him on Thursday the 13 that I have to leave 1 day ahead and the reason was my I had a surgery and have to for urgent and he didn’t help me to at least get some of the extra money fees back that I have to pay because I live in usa, i explained to him but he doesn’t help I will really like the hotel or owner teach him to treat better the clients because I have been 3 consecutives years visiting this hotel thank yiu

Great location near Parque Lleras!
The rooms on the first floor near the dining area makes sleeping in an issue due to the chatter of noisy guests coming down to beat the breakfast rush. Would be nice if bathroom came with a glass for the sink. Otherwise a decent hotel for the price.

This lovely little hotel is in a beautiful area called zona Rosa where there are lots of nice little restaurants. Quiet at night. A 20 minute walk to the metro. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast included.

Abusive fees
ENever go for business .Very abusive policy to charge 150 000 pesos for extra guess for meetings even for short stays. Even if friends come over.

Abusive Charges
Very abusive charges for extra people to come for meetings or visits. No recommended for business meetings at all or for friends to visit as policy is to charge $150,000 pesos per person. Ridiculous!

Poor Abusive Policy

Well Located
Great area, small room, no windows to the outside; very stale air feel. Very good customer service and staff. Not very sound proof, hallway noise easily heard from within room. Overall, not a bad choice for a quick night stay.

Decent Value and Safe Location
The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood and is close to many nice restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is very safe. My room was small with no windows. WiFi was ok. 67 channels on the TV but all were in Spanish. Safe in room was helpful. Shower only. No tub. Average breakfast in the morning. No “special” visitors permitted. Overall, it was a decent value if you don’t plan to spend much time at the hotel.

The hotel was great, location is very good, breakfast excellent and the staff are brilliant. The only downside was the rooms smelt of some sort of cleaning product which wasn’t nice and the pillows were hard and not comfortable, otherwise it was a brilliant stay

This was a nice hotel. I stayed here for business for one night. Many on here are leaving bad reviews because the staff doesn't speak English. Why should they? Colombia is a Spanish speaking country. If you don't like that, don't come. My Spanish is very poor but I had no problems. They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms was clean and the shower worked well. The only negative thing was the street noise. It was quite loud as others have mentioned. And it lasted well past 2:00 am before it started to quiet down. In my experiences, this is true across much of South America. That's why I travel with ear plugs. The rest of the area is great. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the immediate proximity. Easy to walk around and very safe feeling. Overall, a good place to stay.

Great for the price
Nice staff, clean hotel and on a street with plenty of restaurants. Hotel staff spoke enough English to provide what we asked with no issues. They also called us a taxi to the bus terminal and let us keep our luggage there after we checked out.

Nice place , did not like the idea that they wanted to charge me extra money for a guest especially when I booked the hotel for two people , but for whatever reason on their system showed that it was only one person booked and I went on to explain when I booked it on hotels.com you have a choice of booking it for two or one and I chose 2 people , so I don't really understand the mixup in this unless this is some sort of way of them trying to get extra money out of a customer , because they wanted to charge me Extra , we came to some sort of agreement but I just did not like the idea that they came to that

Nice hotel, well locates near Parque LLeras
Nice hotel, near Parque LLeras and Calle 10 in Medellin, to enjoy the area where good bars and restaurants are located. Rooms are a bit small with basic furniture, specially the bathroom area. Installations are clean and service personal are really friendly. Good for a couple of nights for business or tourism. Not recommended for families due to the small area of the rooms.

Great location , neat to everthing , 5 minutes walking to llerase park, a lot of restaurants , very clean rooms , good food for breakfast, No noise at all, and a good price ( worth it ) And also hote has a super an amazing staffs. specially ( Yohanna and Yuliana) are very helpful,kind,sweet,and speak English very good especial Yohanna. High recommend to you. Never regret . finall, if you have any problems or you lost, Yohanna and Yuliana always there for you .

Wouldn't let me in or refund me my money back
I booked a room and tried to cancel within 1 hour after booking it. They wouldn't refund me my money back. Then I decided I mine as well at least just use the room for an hour or so to shower up before I went out. Since my passport was at my friends house outta town they wouldn't let me check in. So, I paid for a room but they: 1) wouldn't refund me my money 2) wouldn't let me in without my passport I had a US drivers license, 3 credit cards, a medical license (USA Doctor), and my friend who is a dual citizen also did us no good checking in. Basically, this is a petty theft policy whereby the hotel takes your money and gives you nothing in return. I'd stay away from here! Stay somewhere with more secure policies, that won't try and steal from you

Worst hotel!!!
This was there worst hotel stay ever. First to let you know, I was by myself, they gave me a room with 3 beds in it, odd. Second, the room was below ground, very odd. Third, I had to take my luggage down these really narrow stairway that curves, it was horrible, no elevator. Forth, I had someone visit me in my room for a bit, then I got billed $80.00 USD for that person visiting, I said I am not paying that insane fee, that cost more than the room, they said you also have to pay for the Beer you took from the minibar, I told them I don't drink beer, I never took anything, they said too bad, I said, too bad for you guys cause I am not paying, so they called the Police, the police asked to see the contract that I signed, it was in Spanish, I told the guy when I checked in that I do not read Spanish can I get an English contract, he said no don't have, but you already paid online so just sign no worries, I said ok, then they show me a contract in English when the police come, I say I never signed that, show the one that I signed, I can read it, the police said I am right, so they said he does not have to pay, but the beer you must pay, I told the police I don't drink beer, so they said lets go to the room and check, we went to the room and all the beer was there as I told them, they lied about that, in the end I did not pay any extra, but the hotel is just from the worst experiences I've had.

I have stayed in Motel 6's that are better. Pictures are deceiving. There are so many better places to stay and in the same price range. Expect to have your things gone through when you are out. I informed management of the problem and they could have cared less. Leave nothing of value in the room, you have been warned.

Good hotel. Small . Good location. Just 5 minute walk from Parque Illeres. Lot of restaurants right outside. Good wifi. No noise from outside the hotel , but paper thin walls. AC and wifi works good. Good service , good breakfast.

I was greeted upon my arrival around midnight by the desk person. Despite having reserved and fully paid for) a room for one person--this guy made a big deal about there were two beds in the room and therefore I had to pay him DOUBLE the price. I steadfastly refused and showed him the Experian receipt=no matter, I either paid twice the agreed amount or no room I was insistent I was paying anything more and 45 minutes later he showed ma a single room with one bed where I stayed for the next 5 days. A very poor introduction to say the least.

Great location
It was our first time in Medellin and we wanted to be in a safe area with easy access to restaurants, etc. This location was perfect, a 10 min walk to parque Poblado where you can catch the Turibus as well as other tour buses. Very close to parque Lleras with a variety of restaurants. Very clean. All staff very friendly. Our room and bathroom were small but they do have larger rooms with 2 beds. Three floors, no elevator, though. Overall, we were very pleased.
