Privately…we saw baby scorpions! Time of year for them but nevertheless frightening! Dispensers in shower were empty and floors were dirty. This hasn’t happened before so please know I’m just giving feedback.

Wow!
This small house is amazing! So many lighting options and electrical outlets. Everything you need is provided. Just pack your clothes and food. Hiking and biking are within minutes. The unique town is a block away. Fishing is minutes away. Bison roam just a few miles up the road!

Perfect for romantic getaway
I gifted my adult daughter and her boyfriend a long weekend getaway, and she said the cabin was absolutely perfect for them. Clean and well stocked with everything they needed. Cozy and comfortable, with very lovely setting and nice outdoor space as well. Close enough to all activities and attractions but private enough to feel like you’re tucked away somewhere special.

Amazing Nature Getaway
This was the perfect little cabin for my nature and photography visit to Medicine Park. Matt was super helpful any time I needed something and even gave me suggestions for hikes to do. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

Stated here a couple of days. A cozy cabin with a nice outside covered porch and a shared firepit area. A block from the main street in Medicine Park. I will be biking this again.

Fine little cabin in a great location
My teen boys and I enjoyed our stay. It’s a small cabin but was just the right size for the three of us. It was well stocked with everything we needed and in a great location to all of the Medicine Park venues.

Renting was great but temp in house was 55 degrees when we checked in. and no hot water. Took us 4 hours to heat the place up. But over all we had fun.

We enjoyed our visit to Medicine Park The rental was quaint with no forgotten necessities or eminity. I recommend doing research about its history and trails 8f you're a first timer.

The setting was perfect - close to town but still off the beaten path. Could walk into town for meals (or ice cream!) and strolls along the water. Property manager very accommodating. We will be back!

My family and I needed a vacation away and that is just what we got! The cabin was awesome and clean! The beds were so comfortable we will be back to stay there again!! We loved that we could sit under the porch and listen to the rain and watch the wildlife. Everything we needed was just a few blocks away and if we needed more there was a dollar general right down the road! This was the best getaway we could have asked for!! Thanks for hospitality and great stay!!

Weekend get away
We had a great stay. There is a lot to do in the area. We hiked everyday on a different trail. Was able to walk to lunch and dinner. The house was clean and very nice. Had great outdoor areas with fire pit and a outdoor fire place. Covered patio was great to sit in in the afternoon and read.

Cute little Cottage With Rustic Charm
A great get-away with easy access by way of an interstate highway. This cute little cottage with rustic charm is located in Medicine Park, OK. This historic resort town situated in a rugged canyon area just north of Lawton is an uncrowded, hidden gem and a gateway to the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. If you love hiking, taking scenic drives and viewing natural features and wildlife, this unspoiled park has it all! The cabin is so conveniently located to everything you need for outdoor adventure as well as small town amenities. Great restaurants, family fun adventures and shopping.

Great location and cozy! More toilettries and laundry detergent would have been great, so bring extra if you stay here. I love this area and it is nice to have a place to come back to after a long day of hiking. The HBO MAX was a pleasant surprise!

Nice quaint cottage close to town
We had an enjoyable stay in this rustic little stone cottage with a great covered outdoor patio and shared fire pit area. Our host was very responsive and helpful. It is on a hill, with steps and uneven slopes, but we found the outdoor spaces and views worth the effort!

Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable as well as the rest of the cottage. Inside of cabinets needed to be wiped out….dead bugs/dirt. Also back of toilet near the seat was dirty. It is within walking distance to all the shops in town. Nice outside seating area also.
