“This is not a luxury hotel. It's a traveler's motel right outside a national park. But the room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very quiet. And the restaurant on the property serves good basic food (Pizza, burgers, breakfasts, etc.) at a reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Luxurious? No. But I've been in "luxury" hotels that were not as clean as this one.”

“When we arrived, the man had to call the boss to verify our reservation and check us in. The man and the maintenance man were busting their butts to get rooms clean, etc. They were severely understaffed, the hotel was in disarray and in serious need of repairs and maintenance. The smell was old and moldy. The towels we were given - one had spots which appeared to be red paint and the other had holes and looked like a rag ready to be thrown out.
