Great for families!
This is a lovely home and Kerry is a great host. The house was incredibly well stocked from paper products to coffee to beach towels! We also loved the wagon and beach chairs we could take to the beach. Kerry was very good at texting us and alerting us to rocket launches that we were able to watch from the beach!

Perfect stay for families
The house layout is perfect in that you have 4 distinct bedroom "suite areas" with their own full bathrooms. The upstairs single queen and "kids room" share a bathroom the other three large bedrooms have their own bathroom, this wasn't clear from the photos but was a welcome surprise for our group of 13. The heated pool and covered area was a great place and the kids would have stayed in the pool the entire time we were there if we had let them. There were plenty of pool toys, vests etc.. to keep them entertained. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with Kuerig coffee, and day to day stuff like cooking oil, and spices etc.. We made breakfast and lunches everyday with plenty of room for the whole group to sit either inside or out. If the beach is your thing, its a short block and half away and the garage had a whole bunch of stuff like a wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, and beach umbrellas. The sunrise is worth getting up for. They had bikes as well which we didn't get a chance to use; four of them. To be fair in this review we needed to clean the floors when we got there. Some of the things like pool area lighting took us awhile to figure out (light switch is in master bedroom off the outdoor patio), and the light in the dining room we never did figure out and had to unscrew the bulb to turn it off. Clearly some minor maintenance issues need to be addressed but worked around those minor issues. Overall we had a great time! Highly recommended.

Great Stay!
We had a great day at this property. Our travelers consisted of multiple ages we found the house to be very clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and very close to the beach. The heated pool was fabulous with floats and toys for the kids. There was an outside shower with water making showering sand off the littles much easier. The beach chairs, canopy, sand toys, cart, and coolers was great to have. This was definitely the nicest beach VRBO we’ve stayed at. Would definitely rent again!

Incredible Home
Easy check in and we never left until check-out! This home was incredibly clean, large with plenty of space for all family members including our small dog. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy den for reading and games, beautiful outdoor area and pool. Private baths for each bedroom. Loved every feature. Will definitely stay again.

The perfect house for large groups
Our group of friends with small children had a wonderful stay here! They offered so many extra items that we didn’t have to pack; making our stay stress free. There were ample beach towels, beach chairs, kids toys, and various coffees/teas. We made good use of the heated pool and loved the short walk to the beach. We had a small hiccup that Kerry was quick to respond to. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again to stay at Kerry’s place!

The house, the pool and the location to the beach is awesome. The house has everything you could need. The host was so nice and our family can’t wait to rent this house again. If you’re looking for a beach vacation rental this one is the best we have ever stayed in.

Great Stay for the Whole Family
This place was perfect for a mixed-age family! I was so impressed by the fact that there was a small playroom for the kids and so many toys! My nieces were really happy. The house was also really well-stocked. We didn’t need to run to the store to grab toiletries that we forgot because they were all at the house! We also loved all the games that were available to us and made use of those all week. Overall, a great stay. Thanks, Kerry!
