The hotel rooms are new, clean and in very good condition. The parking garage is brand new and very convenient for entry to the hotel except that you must walk through the casino to get to the reception desk. We were required to scramble for ID's at the entrance despite being loaded down with luggage and informing the guard that we were simply trying to get to the reception desk. The guest elevators are controlled which is nice from a safety standpoint since you enter them in close proximity to the casino area. The casino employees are unpleasant and in fact, an attendant at the non-working drink station was downright surly to us when we asked how we could get water since none of the beverage options were working. HR department needs to do some customer service training or hire people who don't appear to hate their jobs.
Expedia did NOT get both rooms I reserved sent to hotel. They only had reservation for one room. I finally got them to give me our second room after an hour of waiting and talking to them. They expect a call from Expedia to confirm that I did in fact pay for two rooms. This is unacceptable.
