"Cons: evenings its a bunch of young employees who dont seem happy to be there. Went to the overlook restaurant and was going to have dinner. 1 employee looked at us waiting and just ignored us as another came up we made eye contact and he did the same. They began a conversation just ignoring us. We decided to go to the burger place downstairs. When they tried to seat us my husband asked if we could sit at a different table and was told there was only 1 server. So we sat down. We literally froze in the booth. My husbands food was good Mine was made wrong and from the ac blasting above us the fries got cold in less than 3 minutes. They did make another burger and comp the bill as she seen what the issues were. Note there was actually 2 other servers we seen after getting our food. A big reason we stayed here was the gun range which was closed. Half the employees were not friendly. Not really much amenities. We were told to wear bands so that showed people who we were not sure why... room service hours didnt match with the paper we seen. Breakfast was ordered in there was not enough syrup but it was alot of food. We both ordered 16 dollar plates with coffee it came to 56 dollars pros: beautiful hotel, more than half the employees were friendly. Wildlife was amazing. Super clean. The room was the best we have ever had. Words couldn't describe the beauty. 3rd floor bartender was great drinks are 14 a piece. They had games there too & a piano that played by itself.
