Castillos en Mena

“Front desk guy was super nice. exterior is incredibly outdated, parking lot sucks. Windows aren't tinted in the slightest and curtains are not as private as most hotels. When someone sits in their car in front of your room with the lights on doing a "deal" it's annoying. Running water was off all night. TV worked but you had to turn it on and off with the button on the actual TV. Room was not soundproof especially to the outside. Best AC I've ever had at a hotel though, maintained a temp and...

“Host was fantastic in providing details regarding the property and the greater Mena area. We really enjoyed staying at the Sassafras Inn.”

“We’ve stayed here several times. We were very pleased with everything each time.”

“Very clean up to date room Perfect for two on a one night booking”

“Great communication and beautiful scenery and wildlife in back yard.”

“This is a 22’ by 18’ storage building that was renovated very nicely into a very small apartment. It isn’t a farmhouse. It’s just called that.”

“Very quaint property in a lovely part of Mena! I am a preacher in Oklahoma, and my parents live in Louisiana, so we used this as a good halfway point meetup for a few nights of family time. The layout was very nice for this, and very roomy for my parents, my wife and I, and our kids. Nice living room, and also an upstairs area where we watched a family movie together. Plenty of beds. The kitchen was great for cooking meals instead of having to eat out too much. We would definitely stay here...

“Super clean. Loved it!!!”

“Super nice place to stay with fenced in back yard for pets which helped us out tremendously. Owner was fantastic helping us out when our German Shepherd had a bad accident. She found us a vet super quick and was willing to help us with the check out procedure. Very quiet with great nice front and back porches.”

“Super cute house. Great location. Host was easy to communicate with!”

“The Farmhouse was perfect for what we were wanting and needing. It was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and quiet. I honestly have zero complaints other than we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything at this property. The hosts are great at communucating and providing all information needed. We hope to come back soon and stay longer.”

“We enjoyed the stay it was a very quiet place with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.”

“While I did not stay in the unit myself, it was for one of our employees, he had no issues and enjoyed his stay. No problems checking in or during the stay. Would definitely reach out to Deanna if we are back in the area!”

“The cabin was very nice and clean. Great location! We only stayed for one night but plan on coming back to stay for several nights. Husband met the owner the morning we left. He gave him the history of the cabins and hoped we had a nice stay and welcomed us to come back.”

“★★★★★ We had a wonderful stay at Bear Cabin! It was a welcome retreat and a great place to unwind after a full day of activities. Our time there made the trip even more enjoyable, and we were glad we chose it. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Bear Cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for a memorable stay!”

“This was a great place to stay! I feel like it is fairly new to the VRBO market and is lacking some kitchenware. There were two skillets but both were small, I would recommend a bigger one to make cooking for the group as a whole easier. The dish drying rack doesn’t have a drain into the sink so make sure you dump the pan after you take your dishes off. The third bedroom with bunk beds doesn’t have a door, so this is something to keep in mind or I would recommend the host putting a curtain on a...
