"I rarely leave reviews but we had such an amazing time at this property! We cooked most meals and had everything we needed. The access to the river was so easy and close to the home. In my opinion, this is the best section of the river! We loved the rope swing and the few people floating by in tubes. Very family friendly for children of all ages. We are already planning to come back."

The location, the cleanliness of the property and cabin, and the facilities of the cabin (including deck and pool) make for a most wonderful experience. "The house was absolutely spotless, with so many thoughtful extra touches. Everything we needed for breakfast was in the fridge, fresh fruit on the counter. We loved sitting on the front porch swing and watching the birds. Very quiet, we enjoyed walking around the property, and a campfire our last night there. "Marc was a gracious host and has a beautiful property. It was very easily accessible off the main highway. The cabin was perfect for two, plus cute, secluded, peaceful, and relaxing. Marc went out of his way to accommodate us, and we had a beautiful view of the river from the nice covered patio. We were only minutes away from restaurants in town and plan to stay here again! The house is super cozy and clean with a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a lovely kitchen, beautiful woodwork throughout, and a patio off the bedroom that faces a valley. "This property is a gem. Quiet, secluded, and has a clean hot tub! The owner is very responsive and kind. The location is also perfect for visiting Hot Springs. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Furniture and bed were comfortable, had every dish we needed, and there is a grill for those who want it."

"This was a very peaceful place to stay. With the back porch facing west we had some phenomenal sunsets. The hot tub was a bonus and being close to Hot Springs was also convenient. "Overall the property was well described online and in the photos. The cabin is essentially an older double-wide mobile home with rustic siding applied over the exterior and a large back deck. That doesn't discount the feeling of seclusion settled at the top of the loop from the other cabins in the area. We used the kitchen daily and was plenty satisfactory. "This is our second year to stay at a property on the Caddo for the Christmas Holidays. With our kids having families of their own, we needed a place to accommodate my husband and I plus six other adults and three young children two and under. This property was perfect, it had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The back porch was the best! The only issue was the shower is not made for tall people. My husband is 6’3” and his head hit the roof of the shower. I am 5’10” and had to bend over to wash my hair. Just a piece of helpful info for the next person renting. The covered back porch and the dock you can fish on made up for it though!"

"We have stayed at this property many times over many years. Sometimes in this cabin and sometimes in others, depending on the number in our group. Before and after it became part of Mountain Harbor Resorts and certainly before having to rent it through VRBO. Having to pay extra fees for the same property without any extras, is aggravating! In the past, a note was left with the laundry bag allowing us to mark what was needed that day, such as what towels, soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc....
