The host was very responsive and friendly. The cottage was cute and clean. The large, unattractive sign advertising the cottage was an eye-sore but that didn't take much away from the appeal. What did detour us from wanting to stay there for any length of time is that it is right on a busy highway. ...

This is a great little cottage to get away to, very quiet and well stocked with all the necessities. The hosts were very friendly and informative. My friend and I loved the back porch and fireplace where we spent a lot of time reminiscing and enjoying our time together. Highly recommend.

I wouldnt say they were welcoming to pets. They charge you a pet fee. Then they threaten to charge you an additional fee if your dog barks. On top of that you cant leave your dog in the room. A little far out of Hot Springs, but love the Area, It is located in a Dry County, of you partake in Adult Beverages, pack few extras,
