“We stayed here during the Rhythm &Roots music festival. Every place seems expensive these days, but it was competitively priced. The room was clean and comfortable, and we liked that they don’t have carpeting any more. Didn’t care for the sink bowl that sits on top of the countertop. Shower had good pressure (1st floor). No shampoo or tissues, just bar soap. Only coffee available in the morning (with vending). The cleaning staff was efficient, friendly and replaced towels. Parking was easy....

“Very nice hotel. Great staff. Only thing that was not great was anyone under 18 cannot access 3 restaurants and cannot access the Marketplace, where they are permitted to eat, from inside the hotel. You must take a golf cart ride from the front out of the lobby all the way to the back of the property to and from. It is strange that logistically there is not indoor access.”

“Horrible. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were cockroaches in the room. We killed one, and two others ran away. We had to sleep with the lights on and couldn’t move a single thing—not even the sheets. The AC filter was filthy. There were drug addicts outside, and it seems to be a common problem in the area. The room also smelled like cat urine. We had to leave all of our belongings in the car because we were afraid of bringing a cockroach home with us. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! This place...

“Our room was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. However, the outside of the side entrances were in need of sweeping/cleaning.”

“It took about 8 hours for the room to cool down when we first arrived so, be patient. The beds are nice and comfy. Room was clean but keep in mind you are not staying at the Ritz.”
