The staff was VERY unfriendly and wasn’t helpful. My stay there was horrible and I wouldn’t stay there again. I had an issue instead of the manager asking what the issue was or asked to assist. She brush me off and told her co worker to have me wait for the other manager which was in a meeting at the time. I stood around for 15 mins and the “other manager still didn’t come. I got so frustrated I left and and when I was saw housekeeping I asked them for the toilets and have them changed my dirty sheets

The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially all of the concierge’s, who couldn’t do enough to help you. The reception staff were also very quick and helpful in sorting out a problem with our room. The hotel is very close to a fun and vibrant area with lots of shops, bars and restaurants, which was great. However, the hotel is next door to a disco, which is VERY loud and goes on until the early hours (4.00). Beware if you are a light sleeper.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night, and I've never seen a hotel in worse shape than this one: - Black mold in livingroom/bedroom that caused my wife and I to have respiratory issues - Bedroom lights flash all night when turned off (we have a video) - No shampoo - Unfinished paint - Peeling paint - Cuts and pen markings on furniture - Used cup coasters left in room - Poorly designed bathroom door that wouldn't close all the way The night that we stayed we called the front desk to complain, but it was very late so we didn't switch rooms. The next day at checkout we spoke to the manager, showed him pictures of everything mentioned above and the video of the bedroom lights flashing. The manager didn't seem surprised at all, gave us a complaint form and said that someone would reach out to us to give us a refund. Noone ever contacted us and the property didn't respond to any of our attempts to contact them (email, call, Expedia also emailed and called). In short, we were not refunded anything for the horrible stay. The property as a whole is also dirty, unmaintained, and poorly lit. Do not stay here! The pictures they use must be many many years old, it's not as advertised. Instead I'd suggest finding a boutique hotel where you can get a nicer room for less money!

Checked in our bags early 6:00am,which was great. The front staff told us they could do an early check in and to come back at 11:00am. When we got back, there was nothing available and were told to come back at 12:00pm. Once we did. They told us to come back in 30 min. We decided to wait till 1:00pm to make sure we gave them enough time. But nope, they told us to check at 2:00pm. We waited until 2:50 to try to check in and they told us to wait a couple minutes. Finally at 2:58pm we were allowed to check in to our room. A whole half day passed by and we weren’t allowed to check in. This could have all been avoided if they just told us to come check in at normal time which is 3:00pm. To top it off, our room had recent water damage on the floor and the wood panels were warped and uneven. They were painting a room on the same floor which caused us to get headaches from the paint smell.

Outdated property. Rooms feels dirty, bad odor in halls and elevators. Hall carpets are filthy. When I shower the water infiltrates to my room. Room at least needs to be painted. Room doors cracked and filthy.

Location is good. The hotel appeared to be nice- but the room needed help. Balcony door- broken, fridge door- broken, shower door- leaked and flooded the bathroom even though the shower had very little water pressure. AC didn’t work- Beds- SMALL, requested towels since we had 4 people in a family room- never received them…. access to the pool non existent because they host parties for outside events leaving hotel guests without access. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time at the actual hotel- but wouldn’t stay again if we return to Mexico City

We stayed at NH Reforma for a long weekend to celebrate a bachelors party. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole stay. The hotels location was central in the city which made exploring by walking or Uber super easy. The room itself was clean and modern. I’d absolutely stay again!

The hotel is in an amazing location with lot's to explore around it in a safe manner, the tours we took had a meeting point 1 block away, very convenient. The breakfast was actually great with lots of variety. The hotel condition is ok as well. Overall grear stay, would stay there again!

La zona es muy insegura, muchos bares y muy ruidoso. Las personas del lobby no ayudan en nada. No hay valet por las noches y tienes que estacionar tu coche en un estacionamiento sin vigilancia y regresar al hotel caminando.

The staff at the front desk were welcoming, helpful and provided excellent help when needed. I travel a lot and I rate hotels on their front desk staff. This staff gets a five star rating. The room appeared clean but it triggered my sinuses. The pillows had a musty smell. On my last day before checking out I dropped an ink pen and it rolled under the bed. When I bent down to get it I was utterly disgusted. There was hair and dust balls the amount of dust and hair had to have been gathered over weeks maybe months. I have an allergy to dust and that is why I was sneezing. Please tell your cleaning staff to clean under the bed. This dust and hair was not gathered overnight. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Really shabby & tired, massive let down
Really shabby and looked nothing like the photos. Pretty much everything needed fixing or was poor. Have added photos of the shower as an example, which was just a bit gross with the ceiling peeling away and super moldy. Shower also leaked no matter what so did too. Carpets around lifts etc were grubby and worn. Really poor unfortunately Pool area is completely pointless as it’s north facing and gets no sun whatsoever. Plus point is that the staff were really helpful and quick to help if needed

Solid Zona Rosa Choice
The location for this hotel is amazing. Directly in Zona Rosa walking distance to many attractions. The room was a junior suite wonderful bedding, amazing view and was spectacular. The hallways look a little run down but don't let that turn you off...room was great. We were there on a weekend. And it didnt bother us up there is a club next door and you could hear the thumping base quite late into the night. But overall I'd say this is a good place to stay. We were very satisfied.

The Hotel it is located in a nice and well known area , safe , accessible to transportation, walkable to restaurants, venues and landmarks. Super clean and well maintained and equipped hotel. All staff is friendly and welcoming from checking process til check out. Highly recommend.

Location is quite convenient. Close to Angel of Independence and lots of places to eat. We stayed here on 2 occasions. On both occasions the shower leaked in to the rest of the bathroom due to a faulty seal. Coffee machine but only one cup for 2 of us, not cleaned or replaced on subsequent days and only coffee capsules on the first day. They did remedy this but only after 2 requests and a 3 hour wait. Bed was comfy but otherwise the room is a bit tired.

- Generally the hotel needs an upgrade to meet the 4 star hotel requirements. - Corridors carpets are dirty, Towels are old and with stains, curtains needs to be washed and cleaned. - They were short staff during the busy time of the year. - Also, i booked this hotel vs. another one due to its pool but when we got there, realized the pool is under renovation. This needs to be mentioned when i was booking from the first place. Expedia is resposible to provide true information.
