This was one of the cleanest spacious Hamptons I've ever been in And one of the best breakfast as well. I will
definitely be returning to this Hampton whenever I am in town.

I had a period blood stain on the duvet of the bed and it was replaced with two blankets, and I find that unacceptable and no one offered any compensation for it. Just a sorry for my inconvenience, and that was really traumatizing to experience.

Our room had the strongest smell of vanilla that gave me a migraine.

Great location with many restaurant options. The room was very nicely appointed and clean. The staff was okay and we had better complimentary breakfast at all the hotels stayed on this trip than here.

Shampoo and Conditioners were out and we needed to request. Not enough towels provided upon arrival. Bed/mattress is sagging and not comfortable to sleep on. It also makes squeaky noises. Breakfast option is very basic and not great.
Location is convenient. Lots of restaurants and stores around.

Front desk staff always friendly. Good breakfast options. Unfortunately the pool isn't heated so no one used the pool. The washing machine needed the change emptied to use but it took a few hours for them to do and they didn't notify us like they said they would.
My stay was great, it’s just the tub was dirty upon arrival..

Pros: staff was incredibly friendly and did their best to be helpful.
Cons: fire alarm kept going off for no reason throughout our stay. They had ZERO gluten free and/or vegan options for breakfast. Every time I used the elevator i was afraid it would break and we’d be stuck. Beds were very small and sheets/covers pitiful. Overall it was not great. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because the staff was so nice.

At breakfast, we do have gluten-free items per request. We do try our best for our guests to have the best experience and I'm sorry again that we felt sure about that. Liked that it was close to Fl turnpike. Food close. Good not great breakfast no bacon just eggs sausage etc much better than just continental. Toilet seat loose. Small ants on floor in bathroom. Friendly staff

The toilet and ants have been fixed. We do rotate our breakfast and have bacon some of the days. I hope you can come back to try it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish the pool was heated, so the kids could have swam in it. The breakfast options satisfied everyone and thank you for that.
Verrrry very clean! Good breakfast and amazing staff. We went to bury my father at Graceland. The staff put on a very quiet floor (2). Will return again. Thank you for your hospitality.
