The parking was a little inconvenient because there aren’t many spaces in the hotel parking lot. We were told to park in front of the hotel then got a call early in the morning to move our car for someone to get out. The room was fine but very small. There are nice restaurants in the area within walking distance/short drive of the hotel.
Lovely small hotel with excellent professional staff. The location is great, walkable in beautiful Bay Harbor Island.
A modest hotel with basic but very comfortable accommodations. Definitely recommend.
The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of an incident where I asked if I could leave my car in the front for 15 minutes. Despite two cars being parked there for two days already, I was told I couldn't. I was in a massive rush and urgently needed to do something quickly. The afternoon staff member's refusal was not acceptable given the circumstances.
The evening and morning crew were awesome and super friendly.

Very clean hotel but the bed was so uncomfortable, very strong plastic mattress feeling every sensory inside, so cheap and making so much noise.
The breakfast is a joke!

The walls are a bit thin. I stayed of the first floor, the people above me walked around all night and I could hear the floor squeaking with every step, me neighbours snored and I could hear it all. It’s a cute boutique hotel and I have no complaints aside from if your a light sleeper or if noise bothers you this might not be the place for you .

the gentleman working the night I checked in waived my parking fee because no parking was available. very nice. But when I checked out, I was charged an Urban Fee. This fee wasn't mentioned anywhere before. the lady working the desk when I checked out didn't explain clearly. wonderful stay otherwise.

Cute boutique hotel. Very safe area. Walkable to many restaurants and the beach. Complementary wine for Happy Hour. Daily Continental Breakfast. Coffee, tea, water , bananas, apples and oranges available 24/7. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel location is great but the room is poorly maintained and cleaned.
Things falling a part and the doors would not open because the frame is out of place.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a convenient location. An easy walk to the beach, access to a bike trail and rentals plus a lively nighttime vibe just a short walk away with many restaurants. Stayed twice and would again.

Horrible. Room was disgusting. Torn carpet, torn wallpaper, paint chipping, mold in the bathroom, filthy - did not stay, left immediately. Still waiting for refund.
