The Neighborhood: Brickell is the city's financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf 'n' turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site. Getting Around: Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation are available to guests. The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell Station, as it is located within walking distance of the Financial District Metromover station. You will be in the middle of the city! Anything that you may need is walking distance. Other Things to Note: ➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee. ➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay. ➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. ➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the lead traveler, photo ID of the primary guest and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules. ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ Packages and mail : The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages. Interaction with Guests: I will be your personal concierge for your stay. When needed we can come in person.
