The location was excellent and, although it was a bit seedy, it was clean. It was advertised as a 3 BR to sleep 6. The sofa bed was broken so it could only sleep 5. The other BR was in a closet with no ventilation, one electric outlet and to get to it you had to walk through the master BR. It was a good place for 3, but not 6 people.

I have not received my damage deposit back. The are a lot of scuff marks holes in wall and floor. The property looks better in pictures. It is slightly outdated. Check in was odd had to show ID to a door man who was giving me a hard time for no reason.

Description Is Not Accurate
PROS: Great location, attentive customer service, quiet place. CONS: The description is NOT accurate. It says in Bedroom 1 there is a sleeper sofa. It's actually in the living room. Also, you need to go through bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2. So beware if you are looking for privacy. The sleeper sofa was also bent and wouldn't open, so we had to wait for maintenance to come fix it for us so we didn't have a bed one night. 2 of our guests had to find other accomodations because the lack of privacy and room. The apartment badly needs an update. Furniture and appliances are old. It's also missing a lot of essential items. If you don't care about any of that, then you're good. I would likely not stay here again. There are nicer places on the strip for much less. Don't let the pictures fool you.

Disappointed at the beach
Pretty disappointed, this is not a 3 bdrm property. Sticking a bed in the closet, that you have to walk thru the master bathroom to access does not make a bedroom. The 2nd room, is more of a closet as well with the ability to touch both walls standing in the middle of room. Having to buy toilet paper, the cable not working, barely 4 towels and zero action by management does not make for a penthouse stay. Location is great, right on Ocean drive, that does mean alot but I think the listing is a shame. The pictures do not match the furniture and trick camera angles try to hide the true deficiencies of space and basic amenities. I highly recommend not staying here. Do visit South Beach, but do not bring your family to this apartment. It's way too expensive to be maintained so poorly.

Great location and place!
The location was perfect and the condo was a fun vibe! Like old Miami modern vibe…the bathrooms were super cool too! Huge! The couch was needing a cleaning or just replaced. The hosts answered us very quickly with any questions we had. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Unique property in a great location
I stayed here with a few girlfriends for a weekend trip to Miami. The location is central to some good bars, restaurants, and the beach. It’s a really interesting looking place as well. Some cool art inside and lots of mirrors. There was only one situational downside to the place. We were awakened one morning by a knocking on our door from someone on a lower floor who had a leak in their room, thinking we had caused it. The property manager called me about it several times, and I had to send photos proving the leak was not coming from our room. This was a minor Inconvenience and the stranger knocking on our door was more worrisome than the calls from the property manager. She was polite and apologetic. Overall, an interesting and good stay.

Condo was dirty upon arrival, broken toaster, no security in foyer with random people loitering, smell of marijuana in the hallways. Condo in desperate need of repainting, remodeling and cleaning!

Great location!
Nice stay! Had trouble with cable and couldn’t watch TV but we didn’t need it! Location was amazing and in the middle of everything! Would have loved to lift the shades in the living space.. let a little light in!

LOCATION IS AMAZING
The location was awesome. You are right in the middle of all the action in south beach with the ocean right across the street. The owners were very nice. The place was really cool. I dont have any complaints. I couldn't figure out how to get the air conditioning on but was having too much fun to care.

We had a good stay and here is our honest review
The unit is on the 5th floor. We arrived late around 10pm to find out that the elevator was broken and we had to walk up with all our luggage with no one to help us. The elevator was not fixed during our stay so it was up and down the 5 flights of stairs at least twice daily. Luckily, we were with able bodied individuals that were capable of doing the walkup. Our biggest disappointment and total inconvenience was to find that the master bedroom lead to the master bathroom which then lead to one of the bedrooms. AKA known as a railroad unit. In other words, you cannot reach the second bedroom without first disturbing the people sleeping in the master bedroom or whomever is using the master bathroom. Yes, the person in the second bedroom is stuck in that bedroom when the master bathroom is being used. This was a pain to navigate during our stay. The pros: the location is right on Ocean Drive so the beach is across the street. There are lots of restaurants and night life in the area. The unit is clean and there is amble space for lounging in the living room. The master bed is comfortable. The smaller cons: Although the unit is a "penthouse", do not expect any ocean views. There are white curtains through the unit to cover the rooftops that the windows look out into. The unit is dated. The refrigerator is ridiculously hard to open without a door handle (you need to use your fingers to pry the door open). There is no washer or dryer in the unit. There are not enough towels.

Beautiful penthouse on Ocean Dr!!
Irina was incredibly accommodating to me and my group. The penthouse was clean, spacious and the bed arrangements were so comfortable. The decor in this penthouse is just beautiful. Our stay was enhanced by being right along the beach, next to shops and restaurants. Thank you so much, Irina!

Love at first sight
what a swanky place! The location is awesome and in the heart of it all. Irina is quick at responding and pleasant to work with. The place had plenty of room for 9 women and plenty of cups, plates,etc. Be sure to bring a wireless speaker for you music the surround sound is not working. At least for or trip last weekend it wasn't. Everyone loved the place!!! ❤️🌈🌊

NICE PLACE TO STAY AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING
This was the nicest penthouse I've ever seen and stayed at. Irina was very responsive! There was plenty of room. I had 10 girls with me for my bachelorette and it was a good space for everyone. Highly recommend staying at this place.

Great property!
We stayed here for my bachelorette party. The apartment was very spacious and accommodated me and my girls perfectly. Location is perfect, you’re right across the street from the beach, a quick walk to all kinds of restaurants and a short uber ride away from other fun places! We had an absolute blast and would highly recommended staying in this apartment. We hope to come back one day!

Perfect in every single Way
We had a guys trip that was simply amazing and the main reason was because of the Penthouse to be totally honest. The best location and more space and living quarters then you could ask for. Condo has surround sound perfect for any party and the bathrooms are breath taking. If you choose to up the price Nadia please discount your pass user because it is worth it all to me. Nadia was the best she had more cooking ware dropped off for us to use upon our request making feel special. Liquor store and Food Market was all a block away on 9th and place across the street from the beach with plenty of restaurants surrounding it. NOW when I looked at all the reviews I wasn't sure what to believe. Trust Me and see for yourself. Thanks for everything Nadia

Fantastic
I was pleased with the property and we enjoyed are short stay. We had everything we needed and the owner was quick to reply when we had a question. Great location right across the street from the beach and located within walking distance of all the bars and plenty of stops to eat all within minutes of the penthouse.

Things couldn't be more perfect.
Long story short, things couldn't have been more perfect. I was concerned when I saw some negative reviews, but Nadia went above and beyond. She answered all of my questions, was always responsive, plus the place is gorgeous! It was perfect for our bachelorette party of 8. Outdated, unclean, and close to the beach
Cons: everything looked as if it desperately needed and upgrade. Upon arrival in what looks like a hotel we learned that our penthouse was a privately owned unit on the top floor, which seemed promising. Then when we got to the top floor we saw trash bags filled with dirty laundry stacked in piles in the hallway, which we learned would be there to greet us every time we entered and exited the penthouse. The apt itself had some decent rooms like the kitchen and tv room but the living room, bedrooms and bathroom all looked worn and old. The living room couch, which was once white, looked a dingy beige. Many tables were bent and slightly broken. The bathrooms all had a strange smell and the toilet in the front of the apt is wobbly/broken. The floors were VERY dirty. When we took our shoes off to respect the house the bottoms of our feet were dirty, and this was on day 1. Also the windows were filthy and pant along the sides was chipped and brown. To be honest the apt looked like a huge party happened here back in 2009 and the place never recovered from it. Pros: the unit is dorectly across the street from the beach and near shopping, restaurants and bars. Prime location! Also very spacious. If you have a large group this place can hold a lot of people.

Stay was fine but little pricey
Property is close to Beach area and lot of restaurants and pubs. We had few issues related to front door . One of our friends were locked out in the room and the property manager had to remove the door knob. Stay is fine but felt pricey.

Perfect Spot for a bachelorette party in Miami
Penthouse is very luxurious & spacious. Literally across the beach, few steps away from the best spots in SoBe. Manager Irina is very accomodating & replied quickly to all my questions. We had the best girls weekend for a friend's bachelorette party! Will rent again when we go back to Miami!

Beautiful condo. Perfect location.
Loved everything about it. Irina was responsive at all times. My only issue was that there wasn't a bedroom that slept 3 as advertised...it was the living room. I'd stay again and plan accordingly. I'd definitely recommend the property to friend and family.

Fun time
Plenty of room! Fairly clean and prime location!!!!! Traveled with 4 children and 4 adults and we had ample space. Needs to have instructions for stove but we figured it out. Bathroom sink in master was broken but overall it gave off the 1980's Miami Vice vibe. Location was in the heart of Ocean drive just a short walk to the beach.

Great Apartment
Location was great; within walking distance of a lot of bars, restaurants, liquor store, grocery store, everything you would need for a fun weekend. Easy walk across the street to the beautiful beach. Big living room area/kitchen area with comfortable couches for our group of 9 to hang out in. Spacious bathrooms that were great to get ready in for a group of girls. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Miami and the host was friendly and answered all of our questions before our stay and during!

I rented this place for a bachelorette celebration for a friend of mine. Irina was always available when I had questions...very polite, professional and more than accommodating! When we arrived, we found the place to be exactly how it showed online and the property was clean!!! There were 8 of us total and there was plenty of room to sleep comfortable. The location is great!!! Right on ocean drive...in the heart of everything!!! The food in the local area was great. Thank you Irina!!!!! We had a blast!!!
