I had a bad experience, feel very uncomfortable. They upgrade the room to me, the room and the space was very good, but since i enter the room the wi-fi wasn’t working. Long story short. They told me they “have problems with the distance of the wi-fi”. Theirs solution was they offer the conference room for me if i need to connect. Really?,They cant solve the wifi problem? It was unbelievable. If you work and have virtual conference meetings, stay only if they solve the problem. Also the breakfast was very basic, not too many options. Not even hashbrowns. At the end they didn't offer me a discount or something, really bad experience. They have to improve the customer experience.
