Convenient and clean

It was a great stayed after all We requested to be changed from the city to the ocean view much better option They were remodeling the restaurant I think they should not paint walls during the breakfast time for the smell of paint Location is great !!

this hotel is really old, so to call it the NEW is false advertising.

You are correct that The Casablanca is not a new property; it has been a fixture on Miami Beach for quite some time and we are proud to welcome our returning guests back year after year. We added “the new” to the hotel name when we did our last renovation so that our guests and potential guests would know we had made updates to our property. Close to the beach

Pros: Close to the beach. Nice pool.
The room was very large.They should have queen beds in the room not full size beds. Needs updating.

On the beach, room was basic, clean.

Hotel was basic, room as clean, the free breakfast left a lot to be desired.

way too old for us.. room old, elevators very old

The hotel is very very old.. some things are renewed but most of it is really old. Specially elevators, rooms and restaurant!

Pros: Location and staff. Room at arrival was good but did not change towels.
Cons: dirty corridors, don't working elevators, a lot of people at the pool

Based on some of your feedback, it sounds as though your stay coincided with the anticipation of Hurricane Matthew’s arrival in Florida. Upon the recommendation of the authorities, we advised our staff to stay home prior to the storm, and, therefore, were only able to offer limited service to our guests. We were also advised to disable our elevators, and we extend our sincere apologies for any resulting inconvenience. Thank you for staying with us during these critical moments!
