It was a pleasure to welcome you on your recent trip to Miami Beach and we appreciate you sharing your review! We’re thrilled to see that you enjoyed our oceanfront location and appreciated the welcoming hospitality of our staff. We thank you for your positive comments. Based on some of your feedback, it sounds as though your stay coincided with the anticipation of Hurricane Matthew’s arrival in Florida. Upon the recommendation of the authorities, we advised our staff to stay home prior to the storm, and, therefore, were only able to offer limited service to our guests. We were also advised to disable our elevators, and we extend our sincere apologies for any resulting inconvenience. Thank you for staying with us during these critical moments! We regret that your time with us wasn’t typical, and we hope you’ll consider returning as a guest in the future for the true Casablanca Hotel experience.
