“Let me tell you, you cannot be the bang for the buck! The rooms are no frill but exceptionally clean. The best I think is that the place is directly across the street from the beach and the hotels across the street are over 2 times the price and they don't include breakfast either. Highly recommend this place if you are coming to the barrier island just for the beach, you can't beat the price, and I have been living in the area for 6 years!”

The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioner in our room. It made a strange noise, almost like being next to an airplane engine. “We liked the location with easy access to the beach which we visited both Saturday and Sunday. We enjoyed our walks along the beach. The beach got a little too crowded Sunday afternoon. The ocean water was cool and refreshing, not cold. But it's mid-June. The room was superb, clean comfortable and well furnished - nice colors. Bathroom was clean and attractive. We're not folks that use bars so we have no comment here. It very much reminded us a Bed & Breakfast we frequently used when visiting……

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……
