“The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“Very clean room. Greeted with a smile with a late check in. Could use an elevator to get to the 2nd floor with the luggage, and a ice make working onour floor. Besides those tiny inconveniences the place was clean, safe, and breakfast was great. Thank you to the staff.”

“Room was really nice. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great! Location good to stay before getting on cruise. The historic village really cute!”

“IHop next door was a God send for us especially with our little picky eaters. Although this is listed as a hotel it is fair to say that it is more of a motel. The price and affordability was great especially when getting my cash incidental deposit back when I checked out. You can also pay for the room when you arrive in cash as well.”

“Clean staff was nice”

“Parking was okay. Kitchen was shared and we did no cooking. Bathroom not so nice. Pipe in sink leaked so message was posted to use just a little water. Toilet did not flush well. Owner had to flush it for me twice. A/C unit too small for converted garage where bed was. Really hard to sleep on futon with a foam overlay due to valleys and uneven sides. It was very hot also. Owner was cordial; however. Nothing to do in area. ”

“This is a side of the road Motel type place. No-frills, very simple, efficient and just what I was looking for. The owners were super friendly, and the place was really clean! 😊”

“Very convenient location by the river with boat and kayak rentals, plus a bar/restaurant on site. The apartment is new and was super clean.”

“Bed frame on hard floor moved all over, was noisey. Room seemed clean but had a strong odor that we went nose deaf to after a while. Sheets didn’t fit mattress. Had three pillows for two people, four would had been right. Decent place, get rid of smell, fix small bedding details would had given four stars.”
