Every single person we interacted with went out of their way to be helpful - front desk, valet, housekeeping, room service, wait staff absolutely everyone! We did the sunrise Safari excursion and I would recommend this to anyone - young and old. Amazing trip around the property and we couldn’t have had a better guide then Adrian. He simply knew about everything and had the best stories to share.
