We are awaiting a refund for our second day of unused stay which pm mgr Erin will be adeptly handling. One thing to remember: "things happen BEYOND the hotel's control...but the SERVICE RECOVERY is what the guest walks away with...in the end, AND DRIVES A RETURN VISIT.”
