The room is so out of shape, outdated. The TV picture is so bad. Overall, too old. Needs remodeling.

It is not a 5 star hotel. it looks like motel. I am disappointed.

Lovely hotel, close to metro

Good hotel on third ring road, smell cigarettes

This is a clean modern hotel. No mold in the showers. Comfortable bed (not rock hard Asian style ). Would stay again except for the smoke smell in our room (a non smoking rooms). We reported about the smoke, but nothing was done. If you are sensitive to tobacco smoke, just avoid China.

Excellent stay with a fabulous location

it was a wonderful stay! so close to LiangMaQiao subway stop exit C, Luftantansa mall, DRC with lots of reataurant and shops, US embassy, India embassy, Israel embassy, German embassy, Japan embassy, and South Korean embassy. 15 min walk to Luck Street full of restaurants and Solana Mall.

High level of service

Enjoyed comfortable room, excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool is quite small and water was a bit too cold. However, pool area is a pleasant place to sit with a view of the river. Check in and check out were smooth and pleasent. I was impressed with the high level of service and attention to detail.

Best amazing customer experience I ever had in China....hotel under some renovation but they upgraded us to executive room with free breakfast for the whole stay.....they send to our room a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate strawberries for our wedding anniversary too.

Nice hotel for business trips

Big room, clean, helpful and polite staff, close to metro station. Nice lobby. Nice gym at the apartments just outside (the gym in the hotel is small but still ok). I didn't go to the swimming poll but seems nice too. The only complain was the noise from the construction work the days that we stayed there. The area there has nothing special to see, thus not recommended for sightseeing.
