“The house was clean (spotless) and everything was as advertised and welcoming. The 3-bedroom was plenty for my family and the beds were comfortable. John was easy to communicate with as well. We just stayed the night this time but if needed we'll definitely consider renting from him again.”

“Location is convenient to shops and Cumberland Gap Park. The owner was quick to remedy a problem with the air conditioner. “Clean room, staff was super nice. Nice place all around!”

“We loved our stay here- so close to LMU! All was clean and worked well. Beds were comfortable with good linens. Nice living room set up for all to watch all of the streaming services. Bar in kitchen was popular hangout, and the kitchen has a nice bigger dining table. Host was amazingly communicative and kind. Highly recommend!”
