We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Middlesboro, KY. The staff truly made our visit special—they were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and always made sure all of our needs were met. Every single day, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. They even went out of their way to give us excellent local recommendations for dinner. Their outstanding customer service made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

This is my absolute favorite place to stay on my route from Ohio to East Tennessee and back.. the staff is very friendly the hotel is always clean breakfast is wonderful and I'm picky.. I used to manage nights in hotels so I have experience in the hospitality industry and I absolutely love this location.

We checked in around 8pm and were greeted by the front desk staff was fantastic. They interacted with my 11-year-old great-niece in the best way. Sharing jokes and talking to her directly on her level. Of course, the adults felt comfortable and welcome as well. The pool was very nice and clean. The room was nice as well. We had no issues.
