Broken window never fixed and no offer to switch rooms. Room was not cleaned. Mold finger toe nails everywhere garbage on floor under desk. No toilet paper.
Place was great location off of 20 close to restaurants and they had a real breakfast. We were hoping that the pool was opened but it wasnt opened yet. Great value and great service.
Elevator was worn and dirty in places. But room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the grout around the tub. It looked dirty.
TV in breakfast area didn't work. The breakfast offerings were great!

Nothing Spectacular
Dog hair on the beds, pool and hot tub were out of service. Sheets and Pillows were fine, bathroom was clean. Cable Did not work in the room, batteries were going out in remote they did not have replacements. Breakfast was ok, ladies putting out breakfast were very sweet.

They claimed Expedia didn’t send a confirmation to the hotel so they didn’t have our room. We arrived late, had already called ahead to let them know and everything was fine. The woman in charge was rude and said we don’t have a room, we’re sold out, nothing we can do. I tried to ask if they can help us and she just said next. Nothing. No help. Rude. They sold out room. My husband is in hospitality and was manager for years at a hotel. We know it was their mistake yet they refused to acknowledge it. Don’t stay here.
The tub needed to be re caulked it had mold on it.
Toilet ran all night unless you wiggled the handle and the toilet wasn’t connected to the floor securely. Nice employees, good service. Comfy bed
Everyone who worked there was super friendly. The breakfast crew especially. Likewise the breakfast was great. Our tv unfortunately did not work. Also the area by the ac was wet. Other than that the bed was very comfortable and it was a good stay overall.
I booked this hotel specifically for the amenties. Unfortunately the website is not accurate. The pool & hot tub are not cleaned or able to use, all the washer & dryers are broke. I asked the manager to discount my room since I was paying for the services during that week & she said no & didn't seem to care at all. I feel i should be reimbursed some of my hotel bill. I checked out today & moved to another hotel where amentities are available & I could do my laundry for work. It's sad they could have kept my business but didnt even try to make to right. It's 100 degrees outside so after work the pool was supposed to be the highlight of my day.
