"Everything was amazing !! "

"This motel is not livable. The floor was so sticky that I couldn’t walk on it, the bathroom door was kicked in on the bottom and the handle was off so you couldn’t close it. The bathroom wall was dark gray and had white holes all over the wall, the tub was chipped all over, the wall next to the bed was so dirty and completely with black stains from shoe prints, the dresser was busted and the front portion of the drawers is missing so it looked like a shelf instead. The only dresser that was working, was full with food crumbs. We found someone else’s Drivers License next to the bed on the floor, the bottom of the front door had a huge gap so we can smell the urine and also people were talking really loud. The parking spots were well lit but there very sketchy people pacing back and forth in front of one the open door. We didn’t feel safe, my truck didn’t feel safe so we left and looked for another hotel which was very hard since it was graduation weekend."

"Peaceful and quiet"

"The staff was helpful and kind. The problem is they only have one person taking care of it all. Last night I had to wait more that 15 minutes to get a new key. The night before we also had to wait because the lady was in a room helping another guess. The room smelled like burnt all the time. The bathtub had a pubic hair when I was about to use it for the first time. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a constant noise. Breakfast was of a poor quality, but expected. No a good idea to have breakfast or even coffee."

"I have 2 service dogs and the man working the front desk charged me for them. Despite me offering to show documentation. This was not the experience I needed after the horrible day I was having. The place is not in very good shape and doesn't match the photos. The place was grimey and did not feel sanitary. For being a Wyndham you would think they would update their furniture. My room was a non- smoking room and smelled so bad of cigarettes. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is the manager this morning gave me a refund for the pet fees and confirmed that it is not legal for them to charge a fee for service animals. The bed cover, chairs, and floor was filthy. I had to fill the bathtub and rinse before i could use. So glad i did with all of the hair and floaties that came out lf the jets. My feet were black after walking on the floor. Hopefully this review inspires some change."

"Needs updated unable to take a shower because the water smelled like sewer."

"I gave it only a 3 because the elevator was broken, I had to go up 3 flights of step on my crutches and my husband had to make 2 trips to the car and carry our luggage up 3 flights. Mind you we are not young in our late 70's! Also, the room was freezing because we had no heat in our room and it was 60 degrees outside! TV didn't work and my husband had to hook up the wires to get it to work. That said, the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. PS: They had the elevator company working on the problem the day we moved out."

"Upon arrival we were informed that there would be no hot water for 5 days. This was a reservation, booked almost one year ago for graduation weekend, when all hotels were booked. Thankfully, they refunded my money, and I was fortunate enough to find one single room left at another hotel chain, but had to pay even more because of the last-minute booking the property is very dingy.
