"My check-in experience was wonderful. Trevon Phillips was there greeting me after a very long drive. He represents Comfort Inn and Suites in a professional, friendly and comfortable way! I hope he sees my review. I had one bad experience and it happens just about everywhere you go. I saw a bug before I was leaving and that caused me alarm. It wasn’t a bed bug or this review would be totally different. I think the main point I'm trying to convey is, Trevon Phillips's greeting being wonderful and that means a lot to a tired traveller! He knows the hotel very well and made sure I knew exactly where my room was and that there would be absolutely no noise from the Interstate close to the hotel. It was quiet and peaceful. Please give him kudos!!!!"
