The hotel is Modern, clean, has excellent Buffet, very pleasant and helpful staff. It appears to be new, and has refrigerators, safe, good showers, new TV, good air condition. The surrounding area can get noisy, traffic..McDonalds and KFC adjoin the building.

Nice staff. Especially the breakfast server was very attentive. They ask for your passports and won’t accept anything else as your ID, so we should have been informed of this earlier. We walked everywhere from this hotel location. Garage is off site but within walking distance. You give your key to the garage staff and just go back to pick up your car. Good for 24 hrs. Don’t exceed the time limit.

The best hotel for Rome, the Tram station is right in front of the hotel, which takes you to all the places nearby canal and hundreds of restaurants to choose from; front desk clerk MadhuMati was nice and friendly. Clean room and good quick breakfast. The hotel does not have onsite parking but there is a parking garage for 20 euro/night in walking distance.

The hotel exterior was under construction and the view was blocked completely. It was not written anywhere and the prices was not adjusted properly. The hotel is clean and nice and the staff is very welcoming and polite.

Hotel Milano Navigli is located in the heart of Milano, and perfect for accessing all the major parts of the city. The Duomo is a short walk away, and the robust transit system means you can get anywhere you need to be efficiently. The Front Desk staff are friendly and attentive, and if you expect to be doing a lot of sightseeing or conference work, this is the place for you. A major downside to the property is sound proofing, in particular the interior sound proofing. While the room was extremely quiet in the evenings, with only the occasional hum of a nearby tram, your experience may differ depending on the scheduling of staff or other guests. I was awoken nearly every morning to a din of cleaning staff going about their business, often starting at 6:00 and running until 14:00. While I do not fault the cleaning staff for doing their work, it was more than disruptive, and I found myself unable to get a good night's rest if I had a late night. When we arrived there were clearly some surfaces that were not cleaned or dusted, but nothing seriously outstanding. A big plus was the care package in the bathroom, containing basically any toiletry you'd require. While we brought our own, it was extremely well stocked and worthy of note. If you are okay with some noisiness within the hotel's interior, you'll be hard pressed to beat the sheer convenience of the hotel's location for a similar price, and I'd likely return in the future all things considered.

Spacious room, a nice hotel and a great location. It’s let down by being situated directly above a McDonalds with loud pumping music all hours of the night. However, ear plugs are provided by the hotel. Just be prepared for excessive noise and some questionable crowds hanging directly outside the hotel. The quality of the room and cleanliness however could not be faulted.

The hotel is currently completely surrounded by scaffolding and wrapped in a thin layer of fabric. It’s been ok to sleep for one night but I was glad I wasn’t staying longer. Friendly staff and great location. Lack of charm throughout the hotel. Felt way overpriced for what I got.

Acceptable hotel, although the pictures make the hotel look far more impressive than it really is in person. Staff unfortunately were not very friendly and did not display any form of customer centricity.

It’s location is beautiful - duomo is so near , tram no. 3 is by the doorstep and takes straight to duomo. There are lots of restaurants around. Is the tram free?! ( i didn’t see anybody pay) Lovely and helpful staff. Breakfast options are plenty

Thermostat useless. In winter, if you want to lower the room temperature below 26C, you need to open the windows, which will expose you to the amazing amount of street noise (people, cars, etc.) I understand it’s Europe, but I can’t believe window basically functions as a thermostat. One of the staff members was very argumentative. The lobby area is unimpressive. It’s not a boutique hotel as described in the website. Just imagine a little bit higher end of a motel. The only good thing was it’s near the canal area where there are many restaurants and bars. I recommend you to look elsewhere.

Clean rooms, great amenities (slippers, dental kit, vanity set) provided in rooms for 2. I’ve stayed at 4 different Hotels the was rated over 4 in Expedia and in the same budget (under $150) that did not provide these extra amenities so well done. I guess my only issue is that I checked in super late, and I had a heavy suitcase and the front desk didn’t even offer to walk my suitcase up the landing set of stairs that lead to the elevator. I am a single female traveler and it was late. Would have been nice to offer. This def is a boutique hotel, no doormen or bellhop or anything like that. The layout in the rooms are great and if you are lucky you may score a little patio which is nice and for some reason not advertised when I booked the room. The area is a hip area for the younger locals (you will see groups walking around with open beers as at mini beer vendors will park along the canals)... some good options for international food in area (ie: sushi and Indian) and to get to the duomo, take the 3 train (will also take you up and down Porto ticinese).

Great position but hot and stuffy rooms.
Very well-positioned hotel in midst of Navigli bars and restaurants. Modest but comfortable rooms, good shower. Only real downside was aircon that was switched off centrally at night. A problem in such a busy, noisy area.

Our stay was pleasant . When we checked in ,the person at the reception desk was less than helpful. Instead of being forthcoming with information about the area and transportation etc , he was unhelpful . Instead, we had approached a news vendor outside the hotel to purchase our train tickets and he was helpful by providing us with information on transport etc. There was no kettle in the room and we had to request for one. We did not have issues on subsequent days with others at the front desk.

Good stay
Very helpful staff. Decent continental breakfast. Some external noise but it’s right in the heart of the canal district and so what you would expect. Transport links by tram to the station and the centre of Milan are frequent and reliable. The centre is within walking distance and not long by tram.
