Hotel is clean and fit for purpose if you just want somewhere to stay with no frills but is more a 3 star rather than a 4 star hotel. The heating did not work in my room on arrival but the receptionist quickly alerted maintenance and as they could not get it working moved me into another room. Location not too far from Loretta metro station. The worst thing about my stay was the breakfast which was very poor and really not up to standard.

Great find - nice quiet area.
This was the first time staying at this hotel and in this part of Milan and we loved it. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was big and clean and it was quiet so we were able to get a good nights sleep.

Decent property just outside the center of Milan. 10 minute walk away you could find a subway station that takes you to the center of the city. The hotel is a little outdated especially the bathroom - the common areas are a lot better. The walls in the rooms are thin l so you hear everything in the adjoining rooms. The surrounding area has not a lot to offer.

Hotel reservado para 3 pessoas. Chegando ao quarto, há uma cama de casa e um sofá-cama. Toalhas sempre são colocadas como se apenas houvesse 2 pessoas na reserva. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Máquina de suco desregulada - ao tentar usar, despejou suco em excesso. Fui repreendido por uma funcionária que só falava italiano. Além disso, o hotel fica bem distante das principais atrações turísticas. Se diz 4 estrelas, porém o serviço é de 2 estrelas. Não voltaria a me hospedar.

The hotel is exactly as advertised. The atmosphere is so particular to Milan, very cozy and relaxed. The only thing i would mention is that the room furniture could be renovated in future. But the room was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and good shower! The breakfast is good, and it was handy to have it included. The staff is helpful and kind. Easy access to Loreto’s M1 line, 8 minutes walk. 3 stations from Duomo. If you are travelling light, you can just take the train from Malpesa(MXP) and take the metro, will save ate least 70 Euros to commute, and time-wise is the same. Go to the right or left and find good places to eat!

Great location for our long weekend in Milan
Great location, 10 min walk to the tube, 30 min walk to Centrale (which you can go to Lake Como and the airport to and from). Varied breakfast, lovely outdoor spaces, friendly staff. The reception/lobby was very modern looking but the rooms were much more old fashioned. We had a triple bed room and it definitely could have done with a lick of paint. TV signal was sketchy and everything only in Italian (we didn't care as we didn't watch it). Room only came with 4 pillows (I guess as it's normally 2 singles and a pull out sofa) but staff were accommodating and gave us extra. No stair access to floors (2 small lifts), vending machine in the lobby and very small mini bar in the rooms

Ok but not sure I’d go back
This is not a 4-star hotel but it is conveniently located near buses and metro. The staff can be a bit dismissive. My room was good enough but there are issues with sound insulation in the hotel and the bathroom had the smallest shower cubicle I have ever had to use.

The place was easy to get to and the check in process was swift. The pros: very nice looking lobby, lounge and garden areas which we didn’t use much of due to exploring Milan. The front desk staff were very helpful on checkout and helped provide some good advice about the city. Cons: the breakfast was not very good, the food was tasty but the eggs were ice cold every day. I asked the staff if they could heat it up and they responded saying this is how it is. The rest of the food was tasty but not having warm eggs wasnt a great for me. The breakfast staff were not the most friendly people. The room was comfy and adequate.

Average experience. They initially gave me a room in the attic which allowed for you to take 2 steps before hitting your head. I went to reception and they were surprised to discover the room was actually an attic. They changed it. The new one was spacious. The haidryer was from the 2nd world war and shower was shouting 'update'. Breakfast had some old brioche and coffee from the machine, as they did not want to use the bar. Decent standards, not a 4 star for sure..

Once you get to know the neighborhood and Milan the hotel is conveniently located. Access to the metro is a ten minute walk which also gives you the choice of local shops and restaurants aplenty. The hotel shows four stars...three is more like it. Good breakfast included, but not as good as you could do in local cafes. My room was very small, good AC for the hot days, but a small shower barely adequate for a large frame. Good wifi. Be prepared for the Euro single bed if you are solo, or two of them for a double.

It was very nice clean and safe, the train is 15 morning minutes walking distance and it takes you to all the main atracción . Breakfast was good. If you you are planning to do a tour go with City wonders , very good 👍
