“We arrived at 2:40 p.m. and were told no check-in until 3. The gentleman at the desk wouldn’t even check if a room was available. When we checked in at 3, a different gentleman was at the desk and said we can check-in but he didn’t know if rooms were cleaned because “they don’t tell me anything.” When we went to the room, beds were stripped down but not remade. Upon checking with the housekeeping staff in a nearby room, they came over, removed the dirty bedding and put clean sheets and blankets……

“Modernized and clean. Front desk was usually unmanned and requires a call to a message number, after which is a small wait. They are capable and friendly. The furniture was sparse; no comfortable chair. In our two queens room, there was a shared bedside surface and bedside plugins between beds, but no bedside table surfaces or bedside plugins on the outsides. In the case of two in a queen bed, one on the outside must place their bedside items on the floor or far out of reach and……

“Upon arriving, we were approched saying they were 420 friendly, as they were partying in middle parking lot, smoking marijuana....REALLY.....Hallways smelled of marijuana. Did not feel safe at all, Managers were very unfriendly, never once talked to me. The guy that checked me in was not sober at all. Other residents that live there played music all night long, Police came and arrested someone in middle of night. The only good person there was cleaning lady, god bless her for having to work……
